It was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to the next time Lynda and her crew clean my home!

I chose Lynda's company based on the reviews that I had seen on Angie's list. First on Jan. 13th. I sent Lynda an email hoping to hear from her the next day. But I did not hear from her at all. So I called her the next day. We had a long conversation. She was very pleasant and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. She also scheduled an appointment with me on Wednesday evening ( Jan.16th.) at 6:30 pm. to come to my house. I waited for her that evening. But, she never showed up. I sent her a text message. But, did not hear back. I finally called her and left a message on her VM that we have not had dinner yet because we have been waiting for her since 6:30 pm. Although she had told me that she could be reached at any time on her mobile phone I did not hear back from her until 9:38 pm that night. She sent me a text message apologising that she thought our appointment was for Thursday evening. I gave her benefit of the doubt again and scheduled another appointment with her for Friday evening. Again she sent me a text message that she could not make it on that day either offering to come the following week. I asked if she could come sometime in the afternoon next Friday to clean the house and we could talk then. She said she could come at 6:00 pm. I asked her if that is the time she wants to come for cleaning or just talking. I DID NOT HEAR BACK From her again after that. In my opinion Lynda may be good at what she does. But, I will never find out because she is extremely inconsiderate and unreliable. The gentleman who gave her an F is absolutely right. She does not deserve a straight A grade.

Lynda arrived as scheduled ready to get started. I realized almost immediately that I didn't need to give her any specific instructions, as she cleaned things I didn't even think about. I would highly recommend Linda.

Lynda and her team do an outstanding job! We were a bit nervous about hiring someone we didn't know to clean our home, but it didn't take but one visit with Lynda to know that we'd found a gem! She's honest, hard working, reliable, and very passionate about what she does. Communication with Lynda is very comfortable, and she's always quick to respond to everything we've requested. The team wouldn't be complete without Donny....he's just awesome! Donny goes above and beyond to help with everything we've ever asked. He's a very easy going person who complements Lynda's style perfectly. They make an awesome team!

.Lynda does incredible work! I can honestly say that our house has not been this clean since moving in three years ago. She arrived on time and got right to work and NOTHING was left untouched. She and her team cleaned all of the blinds, baseboards, doors and door jams...our house is spotless. Not only is the work and customer service exceptional, but service is offered at a very fair price. We are now on a regular schedule with Lynda and I would highly recommend her services!

Hmm, part of me doesn't want to submit a review of Lynda because she's awesome and being awesome she's going to continue to get busier and busier! But in all fairness and honestly Lynda is great, thorough, communicative and fair. I have her come biweekly to hit the things I miss (mostly dusting, bathrooms and kitchen). She is quick, efficient and I love that the house smells CLEAN when she is done. Further I truly enjoy her as a person so it's always fun having her come and to have a chat with (since I work from home).

I called Lynda in late November after finding her on Angie's List. After chatting for a while we decided upon a date that she could come out. She was very flexible despite a very busy schedule. She and her colleague Donnie came to our house Saturday morning working around our schedule. They were on time and took a keen interest in the house as I showed it to them. They cleaned the house as I took my daughter to an activity and when I returned it was beautiful. They did a wonderful job and really took pride in their work. I will certainly ask them to come clean again. I feel very lucky to found such a wonderful team.

They were truly amazing! Before they started, everything was covered in fine layer of drywall dust. The interior of the house now shines and smells fresh. Lynda was extremely thorough uses first rate cleaning products. She doesn't cut corners. Lynda and Donny were very professional and did quality work. I would highly recommend them to do any housecleaning job.

Linda has been cleaning my house for a few months. Linda always does a fantastic job. She take cares of every detail, and she really knows how to properly clean the house. The price is reasonable. And she is good at communicating too...if anything comes up and the cleaning needs to be rescheduled, she always notify me ahead. Overall, I am very satisfied with her work.

She was fine. She was very thorough. She was very timely. She took charge and did it, we were there and everything was done well. She wanted to do whatever we wanted to get done. She was very flexible. She asked what you want me to do and she was willing to do anything. It was a new house and she just wanted to get it right. We will absolutely use her again in the future.

Cleaned my mother's house thoroughly and meticulously. Went above and beyond what was expected. She even found a water leak that we didn't know about! She also moved every piece of furniture to clean behind it. Really cares about her performance and her clients

This team is amazing. Lynda is thorough and knows how to clean. I wish I could have her come daily and keep us clean. She is professional and truly cares about the quality of work she is doing! Our home not only smells amazingly clean and fresh when they are done but it is clean and fresh! I would recommend her and Donnie to anybody who is thinking about hiring someone to help with keeping their home clean. Lynda is an amazing person that takes pride in what she does, which is very hard to find these days. We feel we are blessed to have her help us with keeping our home clean! You won't be sorry, it is money well spent! And I can't say enough about the awesome job that she does!

We have been through several housecleaning services since moving to the Raleigh area a year ago. Lynda's service is the first that is actually able to get my granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms feeling "clean" and not gritty. Her company is also the first where I don't have to police or monitor the cleaning crew. Had to do that with several other services where I started to feel like the crew chief. Lynda and Donny do a very thorough job and have been cleaning our home for almost two months every two weeks. I travel alot for my job and can trust that the house is getting cleaned properly, which is huge for me. They are great with my two small children and several cats. The house is always noisy and busy but it doesn't seem to faze Lynda or Donny at all. I would not hesitate to recommend Lynda's housecleaning service!

Lynda has done an amazing job! She is very personable, kind, and caring. She pays wonderful attention to detail and as wonderful as she is she is not perfect and has been late but does ALWAYS go the extra mile. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the wonderful job she does for me. I will always use and refer her to everyone I know. She is amazing. Her help is awesome, they are kind and respectful.

Lynda was very friendly on the phone, and we set up a time for her to come and do an initial cleaning at our house. She ended up being a couple of hours late due to another job on the other side of town that morning, but she seemed genuinely sorry. She and an assistant cleaned the house in a little under 3 hours. They showed great attention to detail with some things (like cleaning the interior doors and ceiling fans) but missed a few things. For example, the faucets on the master bath sinks were not cleaned, and some of the baseboards were missed. When I noticed her assistant cleaning the blinds somewhat roughly, I mentioned that our type of blinds can be knocked off track rather easily and to be careful. After they left, I had to fix all of the blinds in the house(each blind is held in individually). After reading all the great reviews, I figured Lynda and her assistant were a little rushed due to being late, and it being a Sunday, so I thought I would just mention the missed items when she came the next time. I wanted to get on a twice a month cleaning schedule. I live pretty far from her, but she said she was trying to schedule some other houses closer to me and promised to call me by that Saturday to work out scheduling my house. Unfortunately, last weekend came and went with no phone call. She did leave a message on Monday, but after being late to the cleaning and then not calling when she said she would, I question whether or not she would be reliable. Lynda was a very friendly and personable person. She offered a copy of her license and insurance. Her price was very reasonable.

I just had my home cleaned. Lynda did an AWESOME job! I am so very pleased with quality, attention to detail and overall efficiency Lynda and her assistant, Donny, provided. The bugs from my light fixtures are now gone---and I didn't even ask to have that done!!!! They cleaned my house from the top to the bottom. My hardwood floors feel great on my barefeet, as does my tile floors. I immediately signed up for monthly follow up cleanings after seeing her completed work. I'm so grateful to have found someone who truly cares about doing an excellent job. Lynda listened to my needs and delivered with flying colors. I highly recommend her!

After seeing all the great reviews for Lynda's Cleaning Service, I called and she immediately fit me into her busy schedule. The first thing I liked immediately about Lynda was her professionalism and her upbeat personality. She jumped right into her work and did an amazing job. The young man that worked with her (Donnie) did a great job also. My home is a little out of the way for her but she was willing to try to accommodate me as needed. I would definitely recommend and use her services again!

We called in Friday ask the owner for home visiting and estimation, she showed up 40 minutes late, told me was mixed with other appointment. I forgave her, schedule appointment on Monday am for clearing. I told her, i will travel outtown on monday morning, will leave a $300 check for her at kitchen counter. I also left her with my cell phone in case she needs to contact me, there was no call. I even send my neighbors to check out… i back to town around 1:30 pm, come home, see no activity. 3:30 pm, there was still no activity, no call. You can fool me once, fool me twice, third time, I am gone! Shame on Angielist to give a such high rating of services without verification!

I contacted Lynda last Wednesday to arrange for a housecleaning. She was able to schedule our home for cleaning in less than one week. Lynda provides all equipment and cleaning supplies. She did an outstanding job in our home: she pays attention to detail and welcomes feedback about the results. We have tried a number of different cleaning services over the past few years and this experience is by far the best we have had--and at a rate far below what some others charge. I will definitely be using Lynda's cleaning service on a regular, on-going basis and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for housecleaning.

After having hardwood floors installed throughout my home, Lynda came in and cleaned my house from top to bottom. She did an amazing job. She got rid of all the dust created by the work. She cleaned every window, fan, opened every cabinet and even thought to dust off all of my walls!! Not only was she thorough, but she also was very careful not to scratch the newly done floors by putting a towel under the stool she was using as she went through the house. Lynda is a very hard worker, professional, personable and takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend her!

The tennant who vacated the house had lived there with 2 large dogs for 4 years. It seemed that he did not clean the house in 4 years. It was a mess. She did a great job cleaning it. Linda and a helper worked on it for about 5 hours (10 hours total labor). They did a great job. It wasn't perfect, but a person can only do so much in that amount of time. Given more time I am sure that it would have been perfect. Linda takes great pride in her work and does a great job.

It was the first time I had used them. I called them to clean my sisters house because she had surgery. They cleaned for 4 hours. She was punctual, friendly, and the cost was in line with other companies. I would recommend her to others.

Lynda Kilbride has been cleaning my home for years. I have 4 children, a black lab and my husband is in the military. Cleaning a home with 5 bathrooms can get overwhelming and sometimes I do not know where to start. Lynda comes in, knows exactly where to start and flows through my home with intention and a smile. What I believe separates Lynda from the rest is the fact that she is absolutely NOT a cookie cutter company. My needs change and she sends me fair quotes that reflect the services. I do not always need the entire home cleaned (I hate doing bathrooms!) and she quotes me accordingly. I receive the service I need without the unnecessary pricing because it didn't fit into a "plan" or "package". I love that I can always depend on Lynda to help me prepare for my holiday parties, a spring cleaning and occasional catchup. Lynda is always full of energy, sincere and manages her business with integrity. I will continue to use her services in the future and whole heartedly refer her to anyone inquiring about home cleaning needs.
