Lynda Kilbride Cleaning

My daughter wanted me to post this review for her so here it is: Yesterday my house got cleaned by Lynda Kilbride Cleaning and it was so nice. It is beautiful no more dog hair everywhere just wonderfully clean house. I don't know why but there is something so fine about walking around newly cleaned house.and did an incredible job; my house is cleaner now than when we moved in. She was very personable, accommodating and did great job in short amount of time. She was also very sensitive to the fact that my husband has allergies and made sure that only small amount of bleach product was used. She also was respectful and understanding to the fact that I wanted to be there when they cleaned. They were great cleaned around me and when I need to move asked me very nicely. I was able to work and have my house cleaned wonderful thing. Everyone should use this cleaning service; I would not trust my house to anyone else.

What a wonderful experience!! Although it took a little bit to get onto her schedule, Lynda and her team are well worth the wait!! She and her crew arrived promptly when scheduled. Lynda is someone who you instantly feel comfortable speaking with, like she is someone you have known forever. We left the house in order to give them unobstructed access to everything. Lynda indicated that it should take approx. 3 hours and she was on the money. The experience of entering your home after Lynda and her spectacular crew have done their magic is truly amazing. The house literally FELT clean. You could smell how fresh and clean everything was just by looking around. We were incredibly impressed and ecstatic with the level of detail and care that was shown through the entire house. We look forward to our future visits. If you are looking for a quality cleaning from people who truly care about what they do, look no further than Lynda and her incredibly capable, friendly staff!

This was my first service with Lynda and I am more than satisfied with the work she and her crew did for my house today. Due to a family health crisis I have spent a lot of the year out of state and the house has been horribly neglected. Plus I have two animals that shed. They had their hands full. They scrubbed all the tile floors and scrubbed my hardwood floor twice to get it cleaner than it has been since it was built. The bathrooms were give significant attention. They were very thorough with dusting -- I even saw one of the girls taking each rock out of my water fountain bowl and dusting them off. I also have to give Lynda high marks for being so accommodating and working me into her schedule on short notice. I must have sounded desperate! When I called to see if she could come out within the week I really had very little hope that could happen. I was surprised when she offered to schedule a new house cleaning at the end of her normal day within the week. In addition to the cleaning work being well done it was nice to see the interaction between Lynda and the members of her crew. Lynda worked along side them every step and worked up a literal sweat. The teamwork and affection among the crew was obvious and that definitely is not something you see all the time. I selected Lynda based on the reviews on Angie's List and feel all the A ratings definitely reflect the quality of her work.

After Lynda was finished it looked better than when we moved in.

Wow, is all I can say. It has been 5 days since Lynda and her crew cleaned my home and I still smile when I walk through the door and realize everything is still clean and fresh. Lynda is very organized and full of energy. She went above and beyond my expectations and I was more than happy with the service. I will definitely use her services on a regular basis. Lynda and her crew are wonderful. This was the first time that they have cleaned my home and I didn't know what to expect. My former housecleaner worked alone and was extremely detailed and thorough. She was stricken ill, so after 3.5 months without her I decided to start looking for another housecleaner. I really wasn't sure that I would like have a cleaning "crew" in my home because the perception was they would just try to get through the job quickly and leave without truly cleaning and paying attention to my needs. That was not the case with Lynda. They came in and got started right away. I was a little overwhelmed because they started prepping before I was able to discuss with Lynda my needs, likes etc. but in the end it worked out very well. They have a system and it works. I am looking forward to getting back to having my home cleaned bi-weekly. I thought I was going to have to go through several companies before I found one that I liked. That was not the case at all.

Comes with all the equipment. Does an excellent job. Pleasant and very professional.

Totally sparking, fresh and clean. And she has such wonderful energy too! She even helped me deliver something to my new address because it would not fit in my car. All around beautiful job and delight to work with.

I used Lynda and her team for the first time last week, and it is the best job I have ever seen done by any cleaning service. She did much more than I expected. Can't say enough about what a great experience this was for me. She will be cleaning for me on a regular basis!

Lynda Kilbride cleaning provides a pleasant and efficient cleaning of your house. She was initially hard to reach since she was out of the country, but after initial contact, she has been extremely responsive and flexible to meet our needs. Her prices are in line with all the cleaning companies that were compared in the area, but she provided better service for the money than the other companies. Where other companies tell you what they will and will not do for the money, Lynda will work with you on what needs to be done. I had another company tell me they would not clean the window blinds. Lynda's service not only cleaned the blinds, but they were done for only a small charge above the normal service. Lynda also enjoys what she does and takes pride in her work. It may be hard to get on her schedule initially since she probably does not lose customers. We have kept her on for maintenance cleaning after the initial cleaning. There has been no drop in performance after the initial visits. Lynda and her team are highly efficient and complete the large house cleaning quickly. My wife commented that it does not seem possible that all the cleaning could be done so quickly, but after they have departed, we can not find any place in the house that they have missed. I would highly recommend her service to any one else in the future.

Lynda called me back within 24 hours and arranged to clean my house. I had a broken foot and had a very sick cat,who had recently passed away, so my home needed a lot of TLC. She came with her aqssitant when promised and even asked if I needed anything from the store. She got areas of my home cleaner than they had ever been.I was very pleased. In fact I will be using her services on a montly basis.

After some major interior remodeling, our house was covered with dry wall dust on top of years of normal dirt in the areas we tend to ignore. Lynda took our call immediately and came by same day to provide an estimate. Within two days, she tackled our project which involved hours of intensive cleaning of walls, blinds, fans, furniture, fixtures..you name it..Lynda cleaned it. We walked in after she was done and were amazed!! So nice! Would recommend Lynda to anyone for big jobs or small. Pleasure dealing with such a caring and effective professional, and extraordinarily nice person!

Lynda's attention to detail was awesome -- from baseboards and walls to closet shelving to fans and even the outside railings -- Lynda and her assistant (Daniella) did an amazing job!

Lynda and her team are the best cleaning service we've ever had. We hired her right after Christmas, and we feel like we hit the jackpot. She is a busy lady, and it took me a month to get on her roster, but she is WORTH THE WAIT! My house is clean and sanitized - simply sparking when she leaves. On top of it, she's one of the nicest people around. She understands family life, and is sweet and lovely when my kids are underfoot. (She even leaves them little treats when they clean up their rooms prior to arrival!) She's true personal touch. If you want a gorgeous house, get to know Lynda and work with her. She'll work with you, too. (Today she even rearranged her schedule to fit in a clean before we have house guests.) LOVE LYNDA!

I didn't want to spend very much money on the move-out clean and Lynda accomodated that. She negotiated the price and service. I was very happy with what she was able to get done and would use her again. I thought she was professional, I am surprised to read varying experiences on that account. I would sum up her service as good quality for price, and hope to use her again.

I could be one of those people giving her an F because she didn't call me right back. After reading the good reviews about her work, I decided I would keep trying to meet up with her. With our busy lives, Linda working, and an overseas trip tossed in the mix it took about three weeks for us to come up with a time good for both of us. I decided the stated quality of her work was worth some effort to get someone really good at what they do and what she does is fantastic. She is through, organized with her crew and cleaning method, and the results tell the tale. If you are interested in someone answering immediately and then being such a mess cleaning, not showing up on time, and costly; grab the first one that answers. If you want quality, go after it. She is reasonable and good at what she advertises.

Communication and response was non existant

I called Lynda and she seemed great on the phone. She said she was going out of the country for about ten days, but would call me the day after she returned. I never heard from her, so I called her after waiting for about a week. She thanked me for following up and said she would call to confirm our first cleaning the next day, but then I never heard from her again. I would have much rather she just told me that she was not accepting new clients than have me wait for almost a month to then have to find someone else.

Lynda and her crew have always been on time, Price is great for all the detailed cleaning they provide with each visit, compared with other cleaning companies. Quality is good. We had noticed a couple of areas missed during the first visit, but when brought to Lynda's attention, she redid the areas promptly and made sure her crew paid special attention to those areas on later visits. They are also not always great about moving furniture and other items back to their original place when done, but with the extra routine cleaning of things like baseboards,and ceiling fans, we can overlook and it is not that big of a deal to us. Great price, good quality work for the depth of routine services, and always responsive. Would recommend!

I contacted Lynda for an estimate, and she returned my call within 24 hours. We set up a time for her to come visit and provide an estimate. The cost she quoted was reasonable and consistent with the conversation we had had, as well as other competing services. She and her crew set to cleaning my home. I came home to a fresh-smelling and sparkling home. The next time, there was a bit of trouble scheduling because of my out of town travel. Lynda worked hard to accommodate that. I really appreciated that she listened and did her best to work with me. I hear she likes to leave little treats for the kids in your home - and my kids are anxiously awaiting the next visit from "Lynda the Cleaning Lady."

Lynda was easy to get in touch with by phone and very responsive. She and Jen did a great job cleaning the home and were willing to work with me on what I felt needed the most attention (i.e. windows and screens, air filters, etc). The quality of work was fantastic and their attention to detail was really appreciated. I will definitely continue to seek out her services in the future!

Lynda cleans the house like she would clean her own. She is careful with fragile items and thorough in each room. She leaves appliances and counters spotless. She dusts fans, window blinds, and wipes down wall moldings. I appreciate the care she takes cleaning my wood floors. She and her team are trustworthy, so I don't feel like I need to be home when she is there. Lynda is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Lynda Kilbride Cleaning.

Called Lynda for a house cleaning quote. Spoke to her twice. She seemed very nice and sounded like a good fit. Her price was by far the most reasonable so far. After I talked to her the first time, she told me to call back and leave a voice mail with my info and she would return my call that night. She did not. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I called her 2 days later (Friday) and talked to her. She gave me a quote and told me she would call back that night. She did, we talked, set up a time for an estimate for Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon came and went with a no show. I called at around 4:30pm to see what was going on. She never returned my call it is now Thursday.
