Description of Work: It's more about what she didn't do. I contacted Lynda by phone to inquire about her services and prices. I told her I had seen the wonderful references about her service from angie's list. She was in the middle of cleaning someone's house and asked if i would text her my name and phone number and she would get back to me. I did so immediately but have never heard back from her. I reiterated in the text why I was calling and where I lived but never received a response. I double checked the text number and it was correct so I assume that she wasn't interested in responding. I would have appreciated a text back to say she wasn't interested or was not taking on new jobs.

Description of Work: Dust walls, ceiling fans, baseboard, and everything in between. Quiet, steady workers. Linda and Daniela did a fabulous job. Our home sparkles. I am a fussy cleaner but can no longer clean as I would like. The two women more than met my expectations.

Description of Work: Excellent ! Had good rapport w/Linda the very 1st time. Three ladies cleaned my 1650 sq ft ranch. They cleaned areas that other services never touched in my 3 yrs in this house! That was impressive. Lynda takes pride in her work, that's clear. I hope she returns in a month. She said she wasn't taking on any more clients. I imagine she has a full schedule w/very satisfied clients! But keep trying to get her. She's worth it!

Description of Work: Add me to the list of people who cannot get this person to return a call. Like other reviews, I called and when she answered the phone she asked me to call back and leave my contact info on her voice mail and she would return my call later that evening. She never returned my call. I read the other reviewer having this same issue so I did not bother to try to contact her again. I am looking for someone to do a full cleaning of my house 2X's a month. I am not going to beg someone to take my money and I don't respect the lack of professionalism.

Description of Work: Lynda is absolutely the BEST!! I have had numerous people in the past that I thought were great but she is by far, the BEST!! No kidding, THE BEST!! Her team is great and always consistent, on time and add in something special every time.

Description of Work: We hired Lynda to clean our house, which includes 3 bedrooms, a crafts room, an office, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a den, and 3 bathrooms. She and an additional housecleaning assistant, Donnie, did so within 3.5 hours, leaving the house with a sparkling clean look and a fresh scent to match. They paid attention to details, such as baseboards and hidden areas behind headboards of beds, and thoroughly cleaned the entire house. Lynda and Donnie did a terrific job in an efficient and professional manner. Left us feeling so happy - like we had finally found the person (people) we had been looking for... Excellent work....great people!

Description of Work: Linda Kilbride knows how to clean a home. She not only cleans my personal home but also provides pre-listing cleaning for my sellers. I have never had a complaint. I also find her to be very honest and enthusiastic about her work. I am very happy with Linda's services and will continue to use her personally and in my real estate business. I am very picky about the contractors I recommend to my customers. I consider them as a reflection of me. She wants her customers to be satisfied and goes beyond normal cleaning expectations to please. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I am a Real Estate agent and have many listings that need "move out cleans" done when the sellers leave. This is usually a more detailed cleaning then most. Lynda was referred to me by a fellow realtor and turned a condo of mine that I have for sale (that was treated like a typical dorm room) into a spotless home for sale! After Lynda cleaned about 4 more of my listings, I decided it was time for my own house to be taken care of. My schedule is hectic and my house is neglected quite often. I have two busy, messy boys, a husband that works as much as I do and one black dog that just sheds! I came home today to the MOST AMAZING HOUSE EVER! Everything is so clean! My boys were surprised that even the items under their beds were taken care of....my laundry room which is rarely easy to enter is spotless! Each corner I turn is a new treat, blinds are cleaned, microwave scrubbed, tub is shining....just an absolute dream to come home and feel taken care of. THANKS LYNDA! I even left a blank check for her and got a call after she was done on a very fair price for a home that has not been treated well of late....SO HAPPY!!! - Mary

Description of Work: I have a fairly large full house in Cary with having had 3 cats and 2 dogs and 2 kids. With that being said keeping up with things can get tiring so I turned to cleaning companies. I have had HORRIBLE experiences in the past with other companies and stopped the services all together because of my experience. I was referred to Lynda through and friend and was reluctant because of my experiences, but I called her anyway and she was very forward and helpful with all my questions, it was like I was talking to a friend on the phone she has a great personality, is really down to earth and just overall a pleasant, friendly person. She gave me a rough estimate over the phone but because of her being so upfront with pricing she did not want to set a price without seeing my home. Once she came by and priced me it turned out being cheaper than what she thought. I am so thrilled about her service. She cleans EVERYTHING! Kitchen cabinets, inside my oven, inside my fireplace, makes sure all cobbwebbs are gone, vacuums the staircase, dusts all my furniture and not around things she picks things up and dusts under it! She truly is amazing and I couldn't be happier. I was so pleased with her services that I upped her pay to show my appreciation for the detailed work she does. Also SHE does the work, so many companies send crews and you never even meet the owner, but not with Lynda, she is there doing the work.

Description of Work: I have used other cleaners in the past and have never had the superior service that Lynda provided. It is nice to have the owner actually do the work. She is very pleasant, friendly and profesional. Comunication was an issue with previous companies I have used and it is nice to not have that issue. Lynda is very detailed and takes a lot of pride in her work. Lynda's integrity and professionalism combined with excellent service is why I will only have her clean my house in the future.
