It went very well. Their price wasn't the best, so we hired another provider, but Matt's description of all options was excellent. We felt we could get a good 'apples to apples' comparison among the providers and make our choice using good, solid information. We won't give information about the bid because the bid varies depending on options chosen and the maker.

The installer was fine, it was Lowes themselves dealing with getting the door orders. The first time I went there even though I had pictures the guy said I didn’t need a transom for my 30 something years old house. So we waited a few weeks for the door to come in and we waited a few weeks to get in the installers schedule. When the installer got here he said you are going to need a new transom because you are not going to be happy with the new transom. We had start all over and order it again. So I went to the store and the door was sitting right next to the guy who ordered the transom and he ordered the wrong size. So we waited a few weeks for the transom to come in and we waited a few weeks to get in the installers schedule. When the installer when in to get it was the wrong size. Then we had to wait again and in the end Lowe’s gave me a 10% back on the cost of the door. The installer was an A.

They provided the top of the line carpet and padding that was the best, as well installed by Legacy. After seeing the one room of stain master carpet installation I did not like that you can see the foot prints. Lowes reordered all new carpet for me and I give them a triple A rating!

I'm not crazy about their quality. They could get more people. I like Home Depot better because I have more selection and I find that the people who work there are wonderfully honest about products.

Everything turned out well. We used the card to purchase supplies, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the supplies worked as intended.

No, I do not remember how much and I am afraid I doubt. Just line them, they picked up some attinents. The price is good.

I was pretty pleased with everything with Lowes. I was pleased with the guys who came out, pleased with the job they did on the fence, pleased with time, and pleased with the way they respected my property. I prefer Lowes over their competitor.

This was the year before last. I felt it was a positive experience. They took care of everything and I was very pleased. To purchase all the equipment and materials, I could have gotten it cheaper if I did it myself, but it would not have been as sturdy a fence. The quality was very good.

The subfloor was in bad shape It had to be leveled off..their sun contractor did a great job and installed laminates..Plus Lowes sales people Mindy and Scott were so friendly and helpful during the whole process.

Lowe's gave me an estimate for installing carpet in 3 rooms of my home and told me that an installer would call within 3 days to take exact measurements. The installer, Allied Installation, called 3 days later and made measurements the following day. The following week, Lowe's left a message saying the carpeting was back-ordered. Two weeks later, the installer left a message on my home phone. I returned the call and left a message with my work number and the hours I was at work. The following day, the installer left another message on my home phone. I returned the call the next morning from work and we arranged an install day. The installers were to arrive between 9 and 11am and arrived at 10:30 am. They were focused and efficient and finished all 3 rooms before 4:00 pm.

Even though there was some deal going on, they over charged me for the install on the stairs. I found another company to do the work for 800 dollars. The carpet wasn't as high quality as with Lowes but much better pricing.

THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING BY WORKING AROUND OUR SCHEDULE. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW WHAT TO USE ON ALL JOBS. THE NEW COUNTERS ARE REALLY VERY PRETTY AND FUNCTIONAL.

THE GUYS THAT CAME WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE IN COMING TO DO THE MEASURING AND PUNCTUAL IN COMING TO INSTALL THE CARPET. THEY DID A NICE JOB OF CLEANING UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

I DIDN'T CARE FOR THE SCHEDULING. IT TOOK APPROXIMATELY ONE WEEK AFTER THE INITIAL CALL FOR THE INSTALLATION. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE AND PRODUCTS, BUT NOT THE SUB-CONTRACTING.

THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE CARPET ITSELF LOOKS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE JUST A FIRST-CLASS COMPANY ALL THE WAY AROUND. THEIR WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.

THEY SHOWED UP WITH THE DOOR WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT THE FRAME WAS LEVEL AND THAT THE DOOR WAS HANGING CORRECTLY.

LOWE'S IS REALLY GOOD ABOUT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THEIR WARRANTIES. THEY REPAIRED BOTH THE WASHER AND DRYER. ALL WE HAD TO PAY THEM FOR WAS THE LABOR. THEY CHECKED THE PARTS TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.

I LIKED HOW THEY VACUUMED THE CARPET WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS AT FIRST, BECAUSE I HAD HEARD SOME BAD THINGS ABOUT LOWES. I AM GLAD I CHOSE THEM. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THERE WERE A FEW SMALL THINGS THAT I WISH WERE A LITTLE DIFFERENT. ALTOGETHER, LOWE'S DID A GREAT JOB. THE SUBCONTRACTORS THAT THEY HIRED WERE LOUSY THOUGH.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. IT SOMETIMES TAKES AWHILE TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT ONCE THEY ARE HERE BUT THEY ARE DEPENDABLE, SO THEY WILL EVENTUALLY SHOW UP.

THIS COMPANY DID A FABULOUS JOB INSTALLING OUR CARPET. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME AND FINISHED ON SCHEDULE. THEY VACUUMED BEFORE LEAVING AND OUR CARPET LOOKS GREAT.

THEY USE CONTRACTORS TO DO THE WORK. WE ARE SATISFIED WITH LOWE'S THEMSELVES BUT THE CONTRACTORS THEY SENT OUT DID NOT USE GALVANIZED NAILS ON THE SHED. THEY CAME OUT AND CORRECTED IT AFTER WE COMPLAINED SO NOW WE ARE SATISFIED.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE OF THIS COMPANY. THEIR STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PUNCTUAL. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL.
