Description of Work: Lisa is a FABULOUS real estate agent. I was in town for one weekend, and she must have shown me 20 homes in Raleigh and Cary, including the one I bought. She's great at zeroing in on the right area for you, and I love that she gives you her honest thoughts about a home. She points out things that concern her, as well as a house's good points. For one house, I had concerns about the dilapidated shack next door, and she walked right up to a neighbor across the street and struck up a conversation so I could get a better feel for the situation. She did a great job negotiating the selling price and closing date and has gone above and beyond on everything else. Although agents aren't really compensated for finding rentals, she brainstormed and found me the perfect short-term situation for myself and my 2 dogs. She has a vast network of professionals to call on for just about everything, and if she doesn't know someone, she will definitely take the time to find out and follow up about it.
