 + -1 moreMr. Lingle came out promptly after we arranged on a time. He gave me two estimates. one for cutting down and shaping up edge of old deck and another estimate for a new deck. I decided to go with the smaller change first. We communicated by phone many times and then agreed on a day and time. Mr. Lingle and a coworker came and completely fixed the old deck for me. They removed the trash and left the back garden looking very nice. They also had some ideas if I decide to add some more deck footage, as well as ideas for stairs. I also found out that Mr. Lingle does Handyman work. So I plan on making a list of items up and giving it to him.
Description of Work: I had a deck that used to surround an above ground pool. With the pool gone, the old deck stuck out with a curved profile. I wanted to remove part of the deck so it wouldn't be so high off the ground.

 + -1 moreExcellent overall work. The cost was within the range he estimated, he was prompt with the schedule we agreed upon, he left the area clean and in perfect order. You couldn't ask for better service.
Description of Work: The deck that was built by another contractor, to hold my hot tub, was not supported as it needed to be, two years ago, so as it settled the situation was worsened. Terry came out and added the support needed. He had to move the hot tub, including disconnecting the electrical wiring, in order to properly add the supports needed under the deck addition to bring the hot tub level as it should be.
