Description of Work: I would highly recommend Rachel Arendt, with REMAX United. She recently helped us through a real estate transaction that was not a 'normal' real estate deal. Rachel not only showed an understanding of the market but of the nuances of how to put together a deal in a very complicated and quickly changing environment. She had to deal with multiple parties due to the short sale component of this transaction. She was very open and honest in all her dealings and communication and was always on top of issues or potential issues. I have high expectations for people that I choose to deal with - from a service standpoint and ethical standpoint. Rachel more than met those and was competent, timely and professional in managing the complete situation. She held other parties to their commitments and chased down loose ends on the deal when they needed to be chased down. She was extremely tenacious and diligent in chasing the 'bankers' part of the transaction. With all of the horror stories you hear about on short sales Rachel made sure this transaction went nearly as fast as a 'traditional' sale. She was organized, always communicated and followed up and had a plan of action and knew what her next steps were going to be. Without her and her efforts I have no doubt that this transaction would not have occurred.
