KLC Landscaping Inc

As a returning customer, I went back to KLC to ask for help with extending a drain for me that they previously installed. Justin looked at the pictures of my issue and said he'd have an estimate to me the next day. Four days went by and I checked back on a Friday, and he said he would have me the estimate by Monday. Monday came and went and on Wednesday I asked where was the estimate, only to be ignored by both a text and a voice mail. These guys are clowns and DO NOT know how to communicate nor keep their word in providing an estimate. Horrible customer service for returning or new customers. The sad thing is, I gave Justin an out telling him if he was too busy with bigger projects to let me know. Still, he continued to ignore my messages and never follow up with his promised estimate. These guys are only focused on their commercial customers and have no interest in keeping relationships with prior customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs. Unless your project is worthwhile to their wallet, they don't give a crap about you.

They removed the bushes and did a nice job of evening out the ground there. They didn't do any soil prep before laying the sod or fertilize in any way, which may turn out to be the problem. They laid the fescew and scattered the pine straw in the natural area and were done in 2 days. We were diligent in the proper amount of watering and kept off the sod for the first few weeks while it took root. Three months later most all of the new fescew is dead or close to it, and the backyard looks awful. I called to ask them to come out to replace the dead sod. They said it probably wouldn't be covered under the warranty ( ? ? ? ) but they'd be out to fix it. They've said they'll be out for 3 weeks but have never shown up. They were very professional before they cashed the check.

KLC Landscaping started with a Free estimate. They were on time and very nice. After I explained what I thought I wanted, Justin and Don Took only one day to come up with a proposal. They made suggestions as to what they think I should do with Plant material and the retaining wall. After 3 more meetings with them we narrowed down exactly what I wanted and could afford and went forward with the job. The job consisted of tearing out my existing landscape that was over grown and had dieing sod. Then worked the land and added soil conditioner for the new landscape. They installed a stacked stone decorative retaining wall in the front beds about 18 inches high by about 35 feet.(beautiful) Then installed complete landscape with plants, mulch and sod to OUR design and warranted it. It has been about 2 months now and the grass is growing. Plants are doing awesome and everytime I come home even after a bad day I end up with a smile with the work they have done. Thanks to KLC.
