Perfectly. Work was better than expected.

The job was completed much soon than I expected. I was pleased with the price and how they also swept out the shed after removing the items.

Joel was professional from start to finish. His response to my email was prompt, and I mean I didn't expect to hear from him until the following day because it was around 9:30 pm! He was courteous and friendly, offering to swing by during business hours to take a look. I sent him some cell phone pictures, and he sent me an estimate by 10:00 am the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised at his pricing. We had originally asked him to remove the carpet as well as the upholstered furniture, so he quoted them separately as requested.

While Joel was there looking at the job, he took the time to really investigate the extent of the mold problem. He checked along the edges of the carpet, and pulled up an edge to look at the pad (with permission). He looked over the room, and advised me that he thought we could just remove the upholstered furniture, clean the hard surfaces, and get the carpet professionally cleaned. This was a tremendous relief to hear, and it didn't benefit Joel to scale back the scope his services.

Joel arrived early and called from just around the corner. He had a pick-up truck with a trailer. The couch was approximately 7 foot long, and did not fit out of the doorway. Joel and his help were very careful and patient, taking the door off the hinges to make room. There was never a swear word, or any uncomfortable moments. Another great reason to use Junk Eliminator's is his commitment to recycling. Everything is donated, recycled, or otherwise green disposed. I thought the job was more complicated than it initially looked. A desk had to be disassembled to get through the doorway, and everything was old and smelly.

Excellent. Joel answers his business phone within the first couple rings, takes calls from 7am to 10pm and accepts multiple payment methods. His prices are about the same (maybe a little cheaper) as everyone else hauling waste but he is much easier to contact and coordinate with. He can give estimates using photos sent to his work phone and provides a receipt for payment.
