JM Deck did a good job on building and installing a new deck for us last fall. My only complaint is that there were two small deck boards that were cut a little shorter than the others. My husband contacted them to come back to correct that problem. But, they never returned his call or came back out. Otherwise, than that we are very pleased with the new deck and it was completed on time. I am rating a "B" due to the short boards. If boards get fixed, I'll move grade to "A".

Very quick and responsive for estimate, patient while we tried to get other quotes, worked with us on a minor change to the initial plan, responded quickly to some things we noticed, made sure to ask if everything was to our satisfaction before collecting final payment. Would use them again.

J&M Decks were fantastic. They came out to provide a quote very quickly. Antonio was really great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, new exactly what I was looking to do and did NOT try to oversell me on things that I didn't need. (which other contractors tried to do). On top of that the work was done in 1 day and the price was reasonable. Overall very happy with the experience with J&M Decks

Antonio and his crew from JM Decks & Fence did a terrific job. First, he pulled a permit so I was assured the deck would be built to code and pass city inspection. Once the permit was issued, he and the crew showed up on time, removed the old deck and built a new one in 3 days. The new deck is beautifully crafted out of premium lumber and it's very solid in construction. These guys are skilled craftsmen and it shows in their work. And, they're flexible: I asked if Antonio could replace a portion of siding near my front entry and he worked that in for a good price, including matching the paint color. Also, he discovered that the house band board had rotted behind the old deck and he replaced that for a very fair price. Skilled, honest, responsive--that's what I like in a contractor and that's what I got with JM Decks & Fence. Highly recommended!

Antonio and his crew did an excellent job building our new composite deck. The team’s experience showed while helping us with several design decisions. Communication was very good. The crew showed up on time and they were dedicated and hard working throughout the project. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will gladly recommend them to others.

I do not recommend this business. The initial workmanship was very poor. Antonio had to essentially rebuild the deck AFTER I pointed out all of the workmanship issues. It was not an easy discussion. For some reason they applied a tinted sealant to the steps which was very tacky and the tackiness never went away. When I hired someone to stain the deck they were not able to apply stain over the sealant. I called Antonio and asked him to sand or replace the steps and he refused. He referred me to the contract which says nothing about applying sealant to the steps. He now will not answer my calls or text messages. I paid a premium for JM Decks & Fences because Antonio convinced me of the quality of his workmanship. That was a mistake. Now I have to replace the steps at an unexpected and additional cost so that I can stain them.

Antonio and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to landscaping construction.They do excellent work and they care about their clients. I would highly recommend them for the work they do and they are at the top of the industry. I will hire them for more work and A+++ at everything they help me with.

Juan and his company are the to go guys. His work is of excellent quality. He gets the work done on time. He is an excellent manager and communicates approximately with clients. The cost is very reasonable- often below what others will charge. Most importan, he doesn’t cut corners. I recommend this company to my family and friends

Could not have been better. Antonio is the most communicative contractor I have ever worked with. He showed me pictures of work that he had done when I described what I was looking for. He tried to save me money by offering less expensive options. His workers are very polite, hard workers, and they showed up on time and worked until the job was done. If I had any issues (there were very few), he was attentive and offered different options. Any changes or additions I requested was documented with a a quote and if I accepted the quote, a new contract was written describing the work to be done.

It went extremely well. They did a great job and they cleaned up after the work.

We called and he said he would get back to us in a couple of weeks. He didn’t call so we called him and left a message but he never called back. He definitely needs to remove his name if he’s not planning on doing any work.
