I got Jennifer's name from Angie's List when I began our house-hunting effort in December 2014. Our family has bought and sold houses several times over the past 30 years and finding a "good" realtor was always the most stressful part of the buyng and selling operation. Our most recent realtor did nothing but call up for appointments once our daughter saw a house she liked in the MLS. Our daughter - a first-time buyer - did all the leg work. I was not anxious to go through house-hunting again. However, I lucked out with Jennifer. This girl took care of everything and actually made this an enjoyable experience looking for our townhome. She is incredibly professional, enjoyable to be around, and will point out flaws and red flags when necessary. I wanted an agent that would point out the negatives as well as the positives about a home. She also understood our reasons for moving and always reminded us about this when looking at a house. She understood the people that were going to live in the house and made sure we were thinking of possible difficulties in the house as well as the advantages/disadvantages of the location. It meant a lot to me that she understood how the house would fit the people living in it - this was not just finding the best price/sq. ft in the area. The personal factors were critical. We made an offer on a house the first day it came on the market - Jennifer and I knew exactly what we were looking for and we did not waste time looking at properties that were "close" to what I wanted. She knew exactly what I was looking for. Jennifer prepared the offer on her computer the moment I said this is what I want and the Seller had the offer within the hour. There were a couple of counteroffers the rest of the day, but Jennifer connected with the Seller and texted me counteroffers and questions the rest of the day. We finished late Saturday night and she had the contract details ironed out before midnight. Texting, internet, & online contracts seem to be typical of house-buying these days, but she has all the necessary tools to be an incredibly efficient agent. She helped me with closing details as well. This house-hunting search was a walk in the park with Jennifer. I would definitely use her again if looking for a house and I strongly recommend using her as her agent. (As a frame of reference, I am 60 years old with 6 grown children in this area, so I have spent more time than I ever wanted to when it comes to moving and buying and selling houses).

She sold our house in one day.Our neighbor told us he saw cars lined up around the corner waiting to see it. She is fantastic. She responded to our calls quickly and helped us find a contractor to fix items requested by the buyer. Thanks so much Jennifer!

Jennifer is so pleasant and positive, and she gets the job done. She will give you honest feedback when looking at homes for purchase and will not sugar coat any issues that you see. She will also call out issues if she notices them. She does a great job of recommending what to offer, but always leaves the decision in your hands. No pressure. When selling, she brings in a stager at her expense to assist in preparing your home to get the best price and to sell quickly. There were some unique challenges in selling our home due to it being a unique property, but we were able to sell it quickly at asking price, thanks to her. She is an excellent negotiator as well. There were things we wanted but didn't think we could get, Jennifer made it happen. She really goes out of her way to make your life easier during the selling and buying process. She says that she wants you to be happy with your whole experience, and it truly seems to be the case. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for real estate help in the area.

Everything went very smoothly with a good pace through the demanding process of buying a house and get a mortgage. Jennifer was with us every step of the way, always with a positive outlook and a friendly smile even when we felt stressed and frustrated. Any question was promptly answered and she took the extra steps to find additional information of eventual future events that might happen, so that we really had all the info we needed to make a decision. We found the perfect house and we had all the help through the inspection and joining us when talking to contractors, taking a lead in discussing issues with the sellers realtor or finding a good middle way in negotiations. There was a very short time lapse between an issue rising and the solving of the same. This made the process very smooth. Also negotiating with the sellers/agent, so that we felt fully satisfied with the outcome. On top of that she really seems to enjoy her work! We are very very happy with Jennifers service!

We were working with another agent and didnt mesh at all, she wasnt following up, wasnt communicating, we didnt even really feel like she was listening to us... we decided we needed to find someone else, after all buying a house is a huge decision. We started calling around and interviewing agents and when I showed up at Keller Williams, I new Jenn was my real estate soul-mate!. So first impressions.... her office is lovely, incredibly professional, offered me a bottle of water while we sat in front a huge TV screen and engaged me in conversation about my family, our wants and our needs. She put homes up on the big screen and asked me what I liked and didnt like about them. I can go on for ever, I felt super comfortable and the rest is history.... She worked with my family and I for nearly a year, we made an offer on a short sale that didnt end up working our but that dragged on forever (by no fault of hers or ours). She called/texted me constantly, she was flexible, honest and forthright. She was communicative, funny, charming and professional. I never felt pushed or pulled, she was always just there for us! We just closed on our new home on Monday and I will miss her, I may have to find money to by some more properties so we can use her again. Cant say enough good things!!

Jennifer was enthusiastic, professional and did an A+++ job for us. When we first met with Jennifer she came prepared...already having done market research on the neighborhood and housing comps. We loved that she was well prepared and professional. She helped us from beginning to end. At her expense, she brought in a stager that went room by room telling us what we needed to do to get the house up to par with the other houses around. She knew whiich things needed to be done to sell the house the quickest for the most amount of money. We live in Chapel Hill and the house we were selling was in Apex and needed a lot of work, She met contractors for estimates, she gave me suggestions for contractors. she inspected the work and it if wasn't done right, she had them re-do it; she even met me a Lowes to help me select lights, fixtures, etc, she led us through the process and managed the process at all stages. She did such a great job, that the house sold on the first day it was listed in MLS. Jennifer is smart, hard working, efficient, knows the business and looked out for our best interest. She was always available, responsive and on top of things. She made us feel like we were her only client, when she actually had a number of listings and clients. She is hands-down, the absolulately best real estate agent we have ever worked with. You will love working with Jennifer. She'll make buying or selling a house actually FUN!

Jennifer Donahue is a very knowledgeable real estate agent. She helped my husband and I with the sale of our home to the extent that we basically did not have to do a thing except pack. She was very communicative. I would leave messages and she would get back to me within a few minutes or so. I never had to call her back a second time. My husband and I both agree that Jennifer went above and beyond what we expected a real estate agent to do. I cannot say enough. Jenny made a difficult time much easier. We have dealt with real estate agents in the past and are used to being ignored when we contact him/her, or irritation when we don't purchase the property "they" feel is perfect for us. We figured that is typical and expected the same experience this time. How delightful to have the Jennifer Donahue experience instead. Looking at homes was delightful. I can't say the process of construction of our home was wonderful for me because I was so apprehensive, but Jenny was there for me for every single moment. After our move, she even collected our furniture and other items that we couldn't incorporate in this home and took them to a charity for us.

I was a first time home buyer looking for a buyers agent. Jennifer was our representative as a buyers agent. She set us up with great MLS search tools matching the restrictions/requirements that we had. She walked us through each step of the home buying process. She actively looked for matches that may have been in the "grey area' of some of our search requirements. She never pressured us to move forward. She provided excellent comparative analysis (both the numbers and external factors). Once we moved forward she was the core of my home buying team working with my banks loan officer, my real estate lawyer, and my home insurance company. I can think of no improvements related to her performance. I would have her be my real estate agent again in a heart beat.
