 + 0 moreIf I could leave a ZERO Star I would. I signed a lease and paid over $4k deposit. Then I had a family emergency that caused me to make a sudden change in plans and move out of state. I contacted them and they said that they were keeping my full deposit as a cancelation fee. I really do not have the means to fight this in court so the only thing I can do is warn others to STAY AWAY from them. I never took possession of the property. And I do not feel they should have kept my full deposit. I can understand a small fee as allowed by NC law for putting the property back on the market. They are in my opinion THIEVES.

Description of Work: Managing renting my house out to tenants and providing cost-effective maintenance and repairs. They helped with creating a list of items to repair and gave great guidance in setting my house up as an investment property. Found tenants very quickly and negotiated a very good lease. However, their 10% fee along with lease fees might be on the upper end, but I do enjoy working with my agent.
