They provided the right diagnosis of the problem, the right solution, at the right price. I have a friend in the business in a different state that made me confident of their work and price. Work was started and finished on time, exactly as scoped. We were informed and updated along the way which gave us confidence. Many follow up calls from the office were friendly and informative. Excellent service!!

He said that there were problems that he could fix, but I should call the original contractors because this is work they need to repair. The foundation had been repaired before, and the original company should cover some of it with the warranty, and they could help with new issues. Also, a bathroom addition needed serious repair, but again, I should call the original contractor as it should be covered under his workmanship. He did not give me an estimate, and I really appreciated his honesty of telling me I would be better served going back to the original contractors, assuming they stand by their work.

Some background: When I found out I was having a mold problem (we both felt intensely allergic every day when we came home from work this summer) I did a lot of research on remedies. I had never heard of sealing a vented crawlspace! I got estimates from a number of companies before spending this kind of money. (For general info on sealed crawlspaces, see advanced energy.org). Then I spoke to a number of state employed experts. Crawlspace Doctor was the only company that proposed NOT initially including a dehumidifier since the HVAC provides conditioned air and the humid air no longer gets into the crawlspace through the (now sealed) vents, and the dehumidifier needs regular maintenance. Other companies included them in their proposals, some estimates as high as $10,000. Reviewing the situation and the Doctor's prescription with a mold expert at NC Public Health/Environment, he was so approving of their proposal that he asked me for their name! The transformation of the crawlspace is amazing, and I expect the improvement in indoor air quality to be dramatic, esp next summer. Great company to work with! They will monitor the crawlspace for a year for humidity, and remedy things in the unlikely event there's any mold issue. 20 year warrantee of the material I opted to use.

The team was on time and professional, handling my frustration and tears over a flooded house with grace. They got to work quickly, explained all processes and procedures, thoroughly documented all damage, and assisted us in filing our insurance claim. They worked diligently, taking only short breaks; were polite and respectful; and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Although we hope that you never need water mitigation services, we would gladly recommend Rainbow International of the Triangle.

While we were still happy with them this time, not as much so. Like last time, it seemed rather expensive. But the previous time they were more organized than this time. Everything ran perfectly smoothly the first time while this time just mostly. I was pleasantly surprised a week after they came to the house that I got a refund check for them saying that I overpaid. Thank you. :-) Overall they were good and would use them again if I had to but just not as good as the first time. ------ We loved them. Our accident happened on a Sunday during an ice storm and they sent an employee out a few hours later. He set up three fans. The next day we got a call from their office and the office was regularly in touch with us. The day after the initial set up, they had another employee come out and check to see how the work was going. They came out two more times to check the progress of the work and after four days, it was dry not just to our touch but using their equipment they could see that behind the wall it was dry. We absolutely loved them. They showed up when they said they were. The employees at the office and those who came out were friendly and professional. We hope nobody needs to use them but if you do, I bet you will be happy with them. Our only issue was the cost. While that's a lot of money for a bunch of fans, they also could have charged more.

They came in and worked hard and checked in every day to make sure everything was drying. They new what to do and got the job done. I was upset when the leek first happened, when they came they talked to me and made me feel so much better. All the guys that came were great. I would use them again and will tell all my friends about them. Anyone who needs Fire or water restoration shouldn't use anyone but them.

They were very responsive and professional, and they made sure to explain everything they did in detail. They also dealt with the insurance company for us, and it went very smoothly. I thought the price was kind of high, but it was completely covered by our insurance policy.
