Description of Work: I purchased a big deal from them. It was $150 for home air quality, mold, water damage assessment and air quality samples.

Had a couple of communications issues initially - some confused expectations on our part and the crews part. The company owner solved each issue and the job was completed as promised. |

Description of Work: Dennis was very professional and friendly. I didn't get as much out of the testing as I expected due to the need to pay for an outside sample as a control. I would call him again for work.

Description of Work: Cleaned out crawlspace - removed old insulation and installed new liner and fan and conditioned crawlspace. Great work.

Description of Work: Healthy Home Restoration did an excellent job. They had to take out all the insulation, cut out an invading root into the crawlspace wall inside and outside, kill off and then clean the mold that was on the floor joists, did a drain around the perimeter of the crawlspace, fill in with gravel and a drain pipe, then cover everything with thick black plastic liner. In addition, HHR cleaned up the utility room that had mold from water penetration from a leaky roof, painted with mold resistant paint, take out the old moldy insulation, use a foam board behind the chimney pipe, replace the insulation. Before this was done, you could smell the musky smell when the door opened to the crawlspace and utility room. It is so clean and fresh smelling now, it is hard to believe that this is the same place.

Description of Work: HHR repaired water damage in a garage ceiling from a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They came out and gave an estimate the same day we called. They cut open the ceiling, took out the damaged insulation and put three blowers to dry out the area. The replaced the insulation, repaired the damaged ceiling and repainted the entire ceiling. We also had them repair and repaint the dining room ceiling. They did a phenomenal job!

Description of Work: Sealed our large walk in crawl space.

Description of Work: Had some water damage due to an overflowing gutter. The Rainbow rep. came out and ran a few tests to see if water damage was beyond what the eye could see. He did not see any. He recommended opening a piece of drywall to dry the internal boards. He also recommended a very inexpensive and good drywall repairman. All this for no charge! Not even a service fee.

Description of Work: They came out to give an estimate to waterproof the basement. I liked the promptness of them coming out to do the estimate and they seemed like they had a reasonable price. We are putting the project on hold at this time.

Description of Work: I am selling my house and had a pre-inspection done. I was told by the home inspector that I had dampness in the crawlspace of my home and that this could be an issue for a buyer. Crawlspace Doctor came out and basically told me some things I could do to make the situation better and that he could add some drainage inside the crawlspace, but he did not think I had a problem that needed to be fixed. I have done the things he told me I could do myself. I had two other quotes that said I needed to spend up to $3500 to fix the dampness. I appreciate the honesty of Dennis C*** at Crawlspace Doctor. If I ever do get an offer on my house and the new buyer wants some drainage done, then I will call Dennis to fix it. He knows what he is talking about.
