Green Carolina Landscaping

Where should I begin. Just awful experience. I spent Mercedes money and got a Honda quality retaining wall, and it's not even finished. I had two other contractors come by and showed me several large mistakes they were making. Can't get any help to finish this project. These kids need to learn to listen to their customer, and try to exceed their expectations. They are too focused on trying to maximize their bottom line at their customer's expense. They don't communicate at all, they will cut corners every chance they can. Warning: If you do business with these people, be extremely explicit in the contract. Overdo the details. They will present you with a vague contract then change things as they see fit as they go along. I now have a nice, useless retaining wall that looks like it was built by a bunch of amateurs. They said they would preserve my lawn. I now have huge tractor tire tracks along the side of my house and can't count how many times they ran their wheelbarrows across my yard. My neighbor even had to yell at them to stop running over his yard. The biggest problem is they changed materials and didn't tell me. They replaced what we agreed to with a smaller, cheaper block, and thought I wouldn't notice. Unbelievable!! Bottom line. If you see Green Carolina Landscaping...run!
