G Double did a professional job from the initial estimation through the QA check upon completion of job. G Double used the best paints and cleaned up each day. Gary was on time for all appointments and the crew showed up on time. I highly recommend G Double. A great job at a fair price.

G Double Construction was very professional, very reasonable on their pricing but most of all the quality of work was excellent! When doing the repairs to the back door, they discovered that the subfloor was rotted. With that being an unexpected cost, they said they would fix it the right way with keeping the cost as little as could be. On top of that we also found that the tile that runs all the way through that room into the breakfast area and kitchen was no longer available. They were able to cut 32 pieces of tile out with out breaking a single one and then able to reuse them. That saved me a huge amount of money! I was so happy with the work that G Double Construction did that I have hired them to come back in the spring a do the rest of my list of repairs and upgrades inside the house which ranges from painting, electrical and even custom building a sink to fit the area in the bathroom that a standard size will not accommodate. My father works in construction but does not live closed by. I got a few estimates from others that I researched or was referred. I talked with my dad about each of them and he stated that G Double Construction knew what they were doing and that they were very reasonable with their pricing. It went well for the most part. Anytime one has a construction project nothing will go a 100%, due factors such as rain, suppliers, city permits, etc. Gary and his crew started working on our basement in the early part of August and finshed a week before Thanksgiving. Originally, we were given an estimated time from start to finish of 6 weeks. But like I said earlier...nothing is 100%. However, Gary was very good in keeping us informed of the delays as well as the next steps to come in regards to the construction. We had day and night access to him when ever we had a concern or question. He was very good at getting back to us with answers. Communication, accessibility and having a sense that your contractor is there for you was important to me. He and his crew would make suggestions that were practical and that made functional common sense. For example, we considered using our existing heating and cooling system to the rest of the house and incoparating it to heat and cool the basement. This was suggested to us by other contractors that bidded for the job and the guy who drew up the plans. Gary suggested the mini splint would serve us just as well. This would keep us from building extra sofets around the ceiling that would of housed the extra duct work and from messing around with the existing heating/cooling system. In addition, one of his crew members, Eduardo, said more sofets would of made the space feel more closed in, and couldn't of agreed with him more. Well, the mini splint does a fabulous job in giving warmth and comfort when we're down there. You can barley hear it when it's on. We started off with plans that were professionally drawn up which made it easy for Gary to give us a pin point estimate. Although, we only went over our original estimate by only $1300 dollars, we were still appreciative of this. And we went over only because we wanted to add some things while the constuction was going on in the realm of electrical work, such as extra lighting and special wiring. Now our basement was not a livable space before Gary got to work on it. Actually, it was nothing more than a shelter of exposed concrete walls, floor, and a ceiling of exposed wood planks and insulation.Our intent was to add more livable square footage to our home. We created a space for a theatre room and had a bathroom built into it. The bathroom is equiped with it's own shower. We also added a wet bar, cabinets, and a food warmer buit into the cabinets. It was important to me to be able to work with someone who would listen and hear you. Gary is just that. During the process of construction, he seemed just as excited as we were in seeing the project coming together. Overall, he was phenomonal in coordinating everything, (he runs a turn-key operation). His workers were approachable when he wasn't on site. They didn't bother us only when neccessary. I would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to have some consturction work done.

He was responsive and he was there fairly early to do the assessment, but it took him forever to give us the results back. I inquired like two months after the fact and he have not given us anything. I think the Deal was for a 3D rendering or a detailed sketch depending on the project. There was no 3D. It was hand written drawing. It is totally useless for us. It is another waste of money. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal. He had expressed that he was overwhelmed with the number of people that got the deal and he had a lot of work so maybe he should limit the number of people that can get the deal so he can actually deliver what he promises.

Gary was wonderful to work with. He and his crew were always efficient, polite and respectful of the fact that they were working in our home. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They even vacuumed! We were particularly impressed with the guys that did the framing and dry-wall. His electrician was top notch. Nothing goes from start to finish without a glitch. There was a miscommunication before the project started that we didn't realize until one closet was done. Gary quickly got on it, and he found a way to make it work for us.

They did a great job. We are very pleased. The owner was always responsive and helpful, and the crew was very considerate and cleaned up.

Gary was truly fantastic, constantly responding to any questions I had, fixed all issues and was extremely respectful of my time.

It was fine. They looked at a full bathroom. We asked for a custom made vanity included in the plans. It took about three weeks to get the plans back. We decided to go with someone else.

We recently had Gary do some repairs on a box chimney on the outside of my home. A small black hole had appeared about half way up the side of the house in a section that enclosed a chimney flue. Our son climbed up and pulled some siding down to find what appeared to be a extensive area of damage inside the box. I requested some estimates but when Gary came out he got the job. I was impressed with his thorough explanation of what would be required and his price was good. The job is now finished and I am very satisfied with it. The crews Gary sent out were very professional and all did what I thought was an excellent job. Gary watched the progress and made sure each portion of the repair was completed correctly. He even did a few touch ups himself. Gary is a pleasure to work with. If you call him on the phone he answers. Gary treated my work as an emergency and squeezed it into his already busy schedule. The job even came in a little under his quote.

Guy measured my kitchen and left. We talked briefly about what I wanted. He did not have any samples of cabinetry or countertops. About a month later I got a two-page drawing, black and white, one page for each side of my kitchen, with no measurements (i.e. how many square feet of countertop I was paying for, etc. There was an estimate to redo the countertops, floor, cabinets. I feel stupid that I bought this because most companies would provide this for free with much more information. My fault for being an idiot. But I did get an idea of how to draw out my own kitchen to take to other kitchen designers. This was a "special" that was not worth the money. Others have provided much more detailed designs (as for my bathroom) for free.

We are currently waiting to get the plans back. He was very nice but hasn't performed any work yet. It was difficult to get in contact with him at first but once we did he was responsive

On the day they were to start they called mid morning to ask if they could start the next day, which was fine. The first day on the job they just covered the floors. Once they started they really worked hard. Due to the electrical boxes not being up to code it delayed the work until the electrician could come and change out. This was unforseen, and at this point commucation was very poor. Over all I was happy with the finial project.

I've not gotten the plans yet, but that was on me. I've been hard to reach but he's done a good job in keeping in touch with me. He was prompt with the initial contact too. We're working on a bathroom remodel.

Ultimately, I was dissatisfied with the service. The gentleman wasn't very professional when dealing with me, he seemed rather disinterested in doing the work, and he never followed up with the designs or with an estimate of the project's potential costs.

We contacted several contractors from Angie's List. Gary from G Double came out right away & provided the most reasonable estimate. The job started on time & Gary did an excellent job of scheduling the work & coordinating with his subcontractors. The job took approximately 2 weeks & we are very happy with the results.

G Double contacted me initially within the 2 day expected window. But their availability for scheduling was very thin. I offered several different days where I could be home and available to meet them. But then they stopped responding to me altogether after just two email exchanges. Very disappointing experience with this Big Deal service provider - especially given that I made it perfectly clear that I have remodeling work that I intend to initiate.

We contacted Gary to have some construction done to install french doors and convert our living room into an office. We also had some repairs that needed to be done to the woodwork on our front porch, as well as around all of our windows. Gary was extremely prompt with the estimate and it was very reasonable for all of the work that needed to be done. His crew showed up exactly when expected every day, and they completed the job in a few days. Gary was very honest and pleasant to deal with. We found other issues that needed to be addressed around the house, and they fixed them as well - again very reasonably. I highly recommend G Double for all general contracting needs, and will continue to use them for all of the future work on and in my home!

Perfect! Would absolutely use these guys again for any construction work. During our initial conversation with Gary, he had great ideas for how to make the fireplace look original to the house. The end product is absolutely what we had in mind. The quality of the work is very high and you can tell that Gary takes great pride in his work. He was here several times during the process, and was always accessible for questions. His communication far exceeded that of other contractors I have worked with. Weather caused some delays and the fireplace had a small glitch, neither of which anyone can control. Gary worked through those issues as quickly as possible and we are thrilled with the fireplace. Highly recommend you talk to Gary before hiring a contractor.

Gary is a true professional and did the job to my satisfaction. Scheduling can be an issue with Gary, did not always show up when he said he would. No long delays, however he said other projects got in the way. Not a big issue but can be disruptive. I would use Gary again.

Scope of work Kitchen: Remove all cabinetry and install new 42 inch cabinets and crown moldings to be flush with the ceiling. Install new island between kitchen and family room. Install new granite counter tops. Remove the existing track lighting fixture and install LED pod lights. Remove flooring and install oak hardwood to blend/match with all of the lower hardwoods. Remove fireplace mantel and marble hearth. Patch hardwood to blend the area where the hearth was with the existing hardwood. Install new gas fireplace. Paint all trim work. Gary Jeudy was fantastic to work with. When little things came up, he was there to make things right. Gary brought this remodel in on budget and within the timeline that we had discussed. I need to say that Gary is an extremely honest and caring person. Gary listens to your concerns. His work is exceptional. I highly recommend Gary Jeudy and G Double Construction.

Gary and his team did a pretty good job. First because the finishes were so well done it looks like the changes were always part of the original construction. This is exactly what we were looking for. And second because he made extra efforts to get the permits and implement all new safety code requirements. So this work is a future investment that raises the house's value. Always communicating during all the steps of the work and responsive. I would hire Gary if needed in the future.

They were great. Once they showed up, the focused on getting in and out asap. They were completely done within a week.

You have to get in line for Gary's services, and with the rain this summer, they actually started the work 3 weeks late, which is completely understandable. What I liked most about Gary is when you call him, he either answers or calls back! We thought he did a nice job, even with some tricky repairs and weather conditions and working around our scheduling issues. His subcontractors/employees were all competent. I should also mention that I received 3 bids for this job, and Gary's was the lowest by far (almost half of the next bid!). He is definitely someone we would use again. He has pride in and stands by his work, so we were very happy.

Gary returned my call promptly and was on time for my estimate. Originally we wanted a deck built but apparently my Town has ordinances regarding set back codes??? Gary was knowledgeable regarding the codes and a deck would be impossible to build where we wanted it. After speaking with my husband we decided instead to have a pergola built where the deck was supposed to be. We called Gary again and he was happy to assist. We did get other estimates but not only were they way above the price we were willing to pay, one contractor actually tried to talk me out of where the location of the Pergola should be. I knew what I wanted and where I wanted it to be. Gary understood immediately what I wanted and was able to schedule our pergola and stairs in between bigger jobs he was doing. Within a week we had our pergola and stairs built and it's exactly what I wanted, where I wanted it, the color I wanted and it's beautiful. The crew was quick, efficient and respectful. They cleaned up the mess and even helped carry some of the excess wood to the back of the house so my 7 yr old son could build his fort with the leftover wood. We are considering having other major reno's done including new floors, painting of kitchen cabinets and closing in our attic for an In-Law-Suite and I have every confidence that Gary and his crew can do all of these things and not kill our budget. I highly recommend this company for fast, efficient and beautiful work.
