+ -1 moreI was immediately contacted and a visitation was scheduled to review and repair the defect. Jack's communication was above expectation, he emailed me the next before to verify the time of his visit, then he texted me 20 minutes before he arrived. His workmanship is second to none, not only did he repair the defect, he explained how it happened and what I could expect from our couch in the coming years. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Jack Hughes.
Description of Work: We purchased a new leather couch and when it was delivered we discovered a small nail protruding from the frame. We contacted Basset Furniture and they put me in contact with Jack Hughes.
