The entire process was smooth and easy. A salesperson was quickly sent out and thoroughly explained the process. She evaluated the job and within a day I had a written proposal. Setting up a mutually convenient time for painting was easily accomplished. Howie appeared right on time both days and was wonderful to work with. He is not only a skilled painter, but was also quite personable. He did a really excellent job and truly went above and beyond. I would hire Howie and Fresh Coat of Cary again in a heartbeat.
