+ -1 moreWe talked to several landscapers, including Fontaine, in Spring 2011. These were preliminary talks aimed at getting their suggestions on what we could do with the yard. Afterward, the conclusion was that we needed a plan. Over the summer, we paid for a comprehensive landscaping design and then waited for the 100+ degree heat to subside. In Fall 2011, we contacted the landscapers again, told them we had a plan and wanted them to come out, talk about it, and give us a quote. Fontaine set up a time to come out. On the Monday morning they were to come out, Steve (I believe) called us up and said that, over the weekend, Kevin (the owner) had decided they weren't going to do residential landscaping any more. Thus, he wasn't going to be coming out. That is the last we heard from them.
Description of Work: Nothing was done.

Description of Work: I was in the Landscaping business and competed against Fontaine. I found their work to be excellant, they kept the premise clean and when finished cleaned up very well. They paid their bills with the vendors and used the best products. After landscaping I worked for a landscaping equipment provider so I know the materials and quality of the material.

+ -1 moreKevin, the owner, and Cody both came over. I was very surprised that they decided to do the work. I think it was very professional and creative of them to do that. I was pleased with thier service.
Description of Work: They contacted me out of the blue and found I had written a bad review on Angie's List and they wanted to take care of it. They came back and replanted new things and actually added some additional items at no charge.
