carpet installation

This provider removed and disposed of old carpet, and replaced all the carpet inside a rental home. Approximately three months after the carpet installation was complete and the bill paid in full, I received notification from the Property Manager that the tenant had advised that the carpet had not been completed. I was asked to contact the provider and request they come out to finish the work. After viewing the carpet installation myself, I realized that two thresholds were missing (had not been replaced) where the carpet seams from adjoining rooms meet. The tenant had a scrap piece of carpet laying over the seams to eliminate the possibility of tripping over the newly laid carpet. The company was contacted and advised that the thresholds needed to be replaced. They came out within a day or two and finished the work. I feel that this was an honest oversight due to the companies responsiveness after they were contacted the second time. As a result I have not penalized them on the grade. The new carpet looks great.
Description of Work: This provider was recommended to me due to the fact that I was out of town at the time I needed carpet replaced. They were hired to remove the old carpet and install new carpet in a rental home that's currently occupied by a tenant.
