+ -1 moreIsaam (or Sam for short) scheduled our work promptly, was highly responsive/helped us to work with our homeowners policy, was on time, and (most importantly!) did great work! I've had a number of frustrating work done with other HVAC technicians. Isaam is now my go-to guy.

+ -1 moreThe technicians arrived at the scheduled time. They were polite, professional and hard-working. It took several hours to complete the job and the A/C worked great when done.
Description of Work: One of our A/C units was not working. The technician diagnosed that both the condenser and coils needed to be replaced. Our home warranty company agreed to the replacement and covered a large percentage of the cost. We were responsible for a smaller part of it.

+ -1 moreGood luck trying to get them to come out and service a job. I would have never chosen them but our Home Warranty company assigned them to us when our AC unit went out. I understand having a busy schedule in the middle of summer, I get it. What gets me is their lack of communication and completely poor customer service. If this is any indication of what kind of repair work they do, I would run for the hills. Choose another company that knows how to use a telephone and can book an appointment in a timely manner.
Description of Work: The provider did nothing. I can't get them on the phone. They were supposed to call in the morning to let me know what time they would be able to service. No call. I try calling them. No response. Now I'm stuck dealing with my American Home Warranty company trying to get another contractor assigned.
