Description of Work: Our power went out in 1 room and we could not determine why. We knew it was not the circuit breaker. It turned out to be a loose connection in an outlet box that was burning a wire.

Description of Work: They did not come out and complete service, but they did answer quite a few questions over the phone that allowed me to pursue it with Duke, the power company.

+ -1 moreJust charged for basic service charge but did thorough evaluation to be sure not a larger problem. I like them because they give you the charge for each service prior to starting the project.
Description of Work: HVAC not working due to issue with breaker. Did diagnostic and reset breaker (which was pulling out of box). Also checked AC to be sure no problem that had tripped breaker.
