EZ Pro Baths

Description of Work: EZPro Kitchen & Bath did a great job on our renovation. We had a 1960's kitchen with a cut up floor plan. EZPro removed all the walls, reworked the ceilings, including vaulting the ceiling in the kitchen, put in new, beautiful custom cabinets with a huge island. We picked our finishes at their design studio with the help of a design professional and the sales associate. She helped us design the layout and all the finishes, with a great program that calculated every inch. We brought the dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook all together in an open layout which is great for entertaining. The before and after is amazing! It was a complex job as well which involved removing ductwork and adding/relocating HVAC as well as replacing the insulation in the ceilings. The owner Greg is a stand up guy with integrity. Very professional and experienced crews.

Description of Work: Remodel of bathroom. Replace jetted tub with free standing one. Tiled the shower and frameless shower wall and door then changed all faucets. Painted existing vanities and changed knobs. Changed light fixtures and mirrors. Demolished and replaced floor tiles. Changed door knobs, hinges and repainted room. We are so happy with our new bathroom and thrilled with EZ Pro and everyone on the crew.

Description of Work: Just a quick note. We had EZ Pro out about a year ago to re-do our master bath and they did a fantastic job. This morning my wife heard something in the shower that she thought may have been a leak behind the tile that EZ Pro had done. She called Ken and he sent his plumbers out immediately. They were here for about a half an hour and couldn't find anything. Finally, after crawling around under the house looking for leaks one of the plumbers and I came back to the bathroom disgusted at not being able to locate the source of the sound that we took for a water leak initially, to hear the other plumber laughing softly. He had found the source of the leak. It was a faulty nozzle on a pressurized aerosol can in the shower! If it hadn't been for Ken and his crew, we'd still be looking. This is a great company to do business with.

Description of Work: Master Bathroom was completely remodeled. Removed existing floor and wall tile, shower, tub, toilet, vanity, sinks, and cabinetry. Built a custom ceramic tile shower with glass door and corner shower head. Replaced jet tub with designer corner tub and tile surround. Installed custom vanity with cabinets, center storage console and quartz countertop. Floor was tiled, toilet replaced, new light fixtures and fresh paint on the walls.

Moved a doorway from kitchen into dining room. They made excellent suggestions for better kitchen functionality because our kitchen is oddly shaped with 4 doorways, 2 actual entrances from the outside and 2 interior doorways, as well. They use computer 3-D drawings so you can visualize what the room will actually look like when completed. We had granite countertops, tile backslash and custom cabinetry installed, as well as new appliances. Because of their design, we were able to double our storage. They painted the remaining walls and even painted us a blackboard wall. They added additional lighting here - 3 pendant lights and 4 pot lights and installed little lights beneath the cabinets, as well. We love the Kitchen!! They relocated the toilet in the master bath to enable enlarging the shower to be able to accommodate a bench, replaced a garden tub with a deep soaker tub and installed new, taller cabinetry with granite countertop and double sinks and new hardware. They installed new floor tile and shower tile, a water saving toilet and painted the walls. In the 2nd bathroom, they just replaced the tile flooring and the tile around the tub and shower and painted the walls and installed new hardware. In the half bath, they replaced the cabinetry and sink, installed granite counter top and a new, water saver toilet and painted the walls. They brought the new hardwood flooring in a month prior to starting the project so it could acclimate to our house climate. Once the project began, they had the existing hardwood floors downstairs sanded so all floors would match when stained. The floors look amazing. They removed 2 solid double doors between the living area and dining room and replaced the door facing, thereby opening up that part of the 1st floor. Because they moved the doorway between the kitchen and dining room, they had to replace part of the chair rail in the dining area and repaint- matches perfectly! Carpet was replaced on the stairs and 2nd floor and the hallway floor leveled out. Crown moulding was installed in the other 2 bedrooms for a finishing look.

Description of Work: We had our Master Bathroom remodeled and updated. They removed everything including the wallpaper, shower, tub, toilet, vanity sinks, cabinetry and mirrors and flooring. Built a custom ceramic tile shower with a glass enclosure and 2 shower heads. Replaced jet tub with regular tub and tile surround. The installed a custom vanity with cabinets and a center storage console, Sinks, Brushed Nickel Faucets and Granite countertops. Floor was Tiled, Toilet replaced, New Light Fixtures and fresh paint on the walls. We absolutely love it! It turned out beautiful.
