Description of Work: We moved to the area from another state last spring and had TruGreen/ ChemLawn for 30 + years at three other homes in two states. We didn't think they serviced this area a d our neighbors recommended EPM. They were professional in their quotes and the lawn was treated for four applications. In the fall We wanted their advice on our backyard grass as the entire yard was dead. I called three times and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. In the meantime, I found out TruGreen did service the area. Advance to 2013... My credit card was charged for an application I hadn't received. When I called I was told they came out Andy did my next door neighbor's yard by accident. I cancelled my contract and requested a refund. We have yet to receive that credit and have phoned three times! We are now with TruGreen who was able to quote us a similar price. Steer clear of this one- their customer service is horrible!

Description of Work: They laid new seed down in the yard. They fertilized, and laid weed control in the lawn and as dry as it has been the lawn still looks very good.

+ -1 moreI WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE MY LAWN DIDN'T GREEN UP LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO. I WAS NOT VERY PLEASED. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO MAKE MY LAWN LOOK HEALTHIER.

+ -1 moreI AM AS HAPPY AS I COULD BE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE PRICE IS VERY COMPARABLE, AND BELIEVE ME, I DID SHOP AROUND. THEY WERE WILLING TO CHANGE THEIR PRICE WHEN I TOLD THEM I FOUND SOMEONE WHO WOULD DO IT FOR LESS.
