They were very nice. They vacuumed and cleaned bathrooms fair. BUT the kitchen had dirt and hair in drawers in kitchen. There should be nothing left of dust and dirt ANYWHERE for that money. They were here a half day but we had cobwebs on all windows and are cleaning now. Fans were dusty in main rooms. Terrible service. For that money it should be sterile in my house. They were worth maybe $100. That was not a service but a quick in and out.

The cleaning was average. We told them to skip two rooms since they said it was too much to complete. One of them said in Spanish later "white women wants everything done but only pays for 2 hours, they're all ridiculous ". Oops, I guess your not the only one that speaks Spanish. I'm obviously giving them an F on professionalism. This is really uncalled for especially while you're in someone's home. I'm glad they never contacted me again to schedule a monthly appointment. I wouldn't use them or recommended them again.

They were incredibly efficient, well spoken, kind and detail oriented.

They did an excellent job even taking the kitchen trash out when they where done. My wife was very happy with the quality of their work.

Ordered the service and it has just taken them forever to respond to me. It is days between emails from them - and on simple things like when can we schedule the service. Latest communication was from Oct 9 in which they gave a date that would work for them (this after nearly a week of not hearing from them). I replied that date would not work and gave some alternatives. I have heard nothing. It is just too much work to deal with them.

I hired EcoMaids as a birthday present to my wife. In hindsight it would have been better if I had just forgotten to get her anything at all because that would have been less stressful than dealing with EcoMaids. Darrick, the manager of EcoMaids, is unprofessional, unaccommodating, and forgetful. Unprofessional: The first time I called EcoMaids I thought I dialed the wrong number because Darrick does not identify his company when answering the phone. Unaccommodating: If you happen to need to reschedule a cleaning, then be prepared for a guilt trip and tales of woe from Darrick about how difficult you're making his job. Forgetful: For the second visit, my wife rescheduled the cleaning and spoke with him for 20 minutes before they were able to agree upon a date that worked for both of them. My wife wrote the date and time on her calender during the call. When that date came, the cleaners never showed. My wife contacted Darrick and he told her she was wrong and that it was a different date. The cleaners are inconsistent. EcoMaids has a checklist that the cleaners are supposed to follow. Some of the cleaners followed it perfectly and even did extra cleaning, while others would skip items, such as cleaning windows or doors. If it were possible to request specific cleaners, and not have to deal with Darrick, then EcoMaids would be a decent cleaning service.

Overall excellent service! Very prompt, organized, and thorough. Over the weeks, there has been slight variation in quality, based on the providers who come to our home, but still the best cleaning service we have worked with. Thank you!

This was great it was 4 cleaning

They're pretty good. I guess the reason why I have them is because I don't use any chemicals in my house. When I was looking for some help with cleaning, EcoMaids was probably one of the only one that I could find who are flexible because I don't get the whole house cleaned. I guess I still need some flexibility on the providers' side and they were able to accommodate me on that. They're not the cheapest because I know someone who get a whole house cleaned and they pay like about fifty dollars, so I'm paying a whole lot.

They're very nice ladies. I don't think they speak English very well but that's not a problem. I don't speak their language very well either. The first time they came, they broke one of the blinds in the Master bedroom which they forgot to tell me about. They came another time and for some reason when they cleaned the Master bath, they shoved a waste basket next to the toilet. There was a pipe there that wasn't apparently corroded. When I got ready for bed that night, the whole Master bathroom was flooded. When they do their cleaning, they do an adequate job. I've had cleaning people before for one reason or not and I can give the house a lick and a promise. when somebody comes in and I'm paying them, I would like them to do more than a lick and a promise. These ladies give it a lick and a promise and it takes just two ladies an hour. They're nice ladies. They come promptly. It was easy to schedule them. After they have finished my two-month's worth, I would not use them again. They've been coming every other week. They're nice ladies. To clean as much as they did within an hour, I would know that they're moving fast. Sometimes when you move really fast, you don't time to take as much care as you should. They do an adequate job. The house looks nice after they leave. They did exactly as they said.

EcoMaids did a commendable job cleaning my home. I have pets and it's always hard to keep the animal hair at bay but you'd never it after EcoMaids was there. They do a wonderful job. I love that they use Earth friendly products to clean. They didn't mind my large (hairy) dog although they often just put him in our fenced backyard so they could work. Oh, did I mention that they sent two cleaners to my house. It's amazing the work they'd do. Everything would sparkle and not dust or dirt any where. Love'd them!

In and out in no time. Excellent work. Can't say enough good things about the service.

Overall, everything was very good.

Used a Groupon special for this, turns out it didn't cover much of anything, and the service manager who came out nickle and dimed us for every piddly extra thing. Didn't even vacumn floor rugs on our 1st floor!

The two cleaning people who came were professional and respectful. They cleaned all bathrooms very well. The kitchen sparkles as they cleaned the floors, countertops, and appliances. They cleaned all the wood floors and even my husband commented on how good they looked! They dusted and vacuumed and took out the garbage. I guess in a nutshell it was "just like Christmas"! What a great feeling to have one's own home cleaned--especially for the Holidays. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely hire them again. Thank you so much for providing this excellent service.
