The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Drain Design to anyone with drainage problems in their yard.

We were, and still are extremely satisfied with the process and work completed by Drain Design in late June 2018. From the team member providing the quote to the team providing the installation, the DD Team was professional, responsive, and accountable to their planned schedule, process, clean space, and follow through. The DD Team showed up on time, provided email communication very rapidly, and had team members stay late into the day until the job was completed. DD came on the scene to help correct issues unresolved by a previous contractor and we have very extremely happy with the results. The DD design was simpler with improved performance outcomes. Our home is dryer and less prone to soggy ground. The drainage system is efficient and effective. Well worth the money and the investment!! We did explore other options and took reviews into consideration. We wanted to provide this review because DD lives up to their word, work ethic and sincere desire to help the home owner! They genuinely care and their follow through after the work was completed is evidence of that. We had some questions and they came out to instruct us again. Since having this work done, we have had other work done by contractors with less than satisfactory results. DD has spoiled us to expect their style of communication, efficiency, and customer service of all contractors. Having a business of our own, we appreciated the excellent customer service DD provided! Finally, we provided this review well after the work was completed to evaluate the effectiveness of the work. A+++ Well done and thank you!! ** UPDATE 10/09/18 ** I wanted to provide a follow up review since our work done in June/July. Since then we have had some very hard rains and hurricane Florence. We could not believe it when areas of our property (that normally floods with such heavy rains) had no standing water! The drain design the crew implemented worked brilliantly. We even had no water under the house! This house is almost 50 years old and has always had standing water - not any more! We are SO HAPPY with the work of this crew and felt every penny was well spent... and not a moment too soon. This property and house would have been a mess without you during this last month. Thank you so much!!! Obviously we recommend them highly!

It went great! Obviously we have to wait until a heavy rain comes to the area to verify the level of efficiency. Nevertheless, the technique, the materials, labor and final appearance of the whole project was excellent and of great quality. I expect the new drainage will perform without concerns.

Very, very well. Owner Kevin came out, inspected property, really listened to our concerns, gave good advice, & designed a configuration to eliminate the problems. The team arrived on time, patiently answered all my questions, were professional & very competent in their work, discussed possible alternatives to the original plan that saved time and money, were willing to add a couple small tasks for me. We had a great experience with Drain Designs. Kevin was really nice and provided us with some great consultation on how to mitigate drainage issues we were having with water running towards our house. They did a really professional job and we've been very pleased with the results.

I had flooding in my house, and didn't know where it was coming from. Kevin Kondas took so much additional time working with me to determine the water source. He was exceptional with his service, and his knowledge, along with an excellent and well trained crew that worked with great attention to detail. I have such peace of mind, knowing my home and foundation will be well protected from future water damage. Every aspect of my experience with Drain Designs has been wonderful.

Kevin and his crew did a great job. They communicate well and worked nicely with the gutter company. They have an excellent understanding of the work they do, and they have good sense about the aesthetics of the project from the homeowner's perspective. We are very happy with the results of the whole project. We were also happy when Kevin came out a year later to check up on the system. They really seem to care about ensuring the quality of their work.

It is so great find someone who does quality work and takes pride in doing it. Kevin met with me - on time - to figure out how to resolve my drainage problem. Water was coming off of my driveway up on my porch. He was honest about what it would take, got me on the schedule right away and did the work in 3 days at a fair price. Then he came back to tweak the system himself to make sure it worked properly. You can't go wrong with Drain Designs.

A crew of five men came out and installed a system of pipes that carry water from 3 large drains and one small drain away from my house and down to a naturally occurring creek at the back of my property. In addition, all of my downspouts and a/c drains tie into the system. The men hand dug underneath my sidewalk! The crew was incredibly professional and I was delighted to hear that the company pays them benefits! They were all invested, literally, in my satisfaction. Kevin, the owner and designer of all of the systems is nothing short of a water whisperer. He walked the property and knew exactly where the water would go. After the work was done, I noticed a spot on the driveway where water seemed to pool. I called them and within 2 days, Kevin came out, devised a solution and fixed the problem. I can be difficult to please and no one in the company ever gave me the sense that I was asking too many questions or demanding too much. I can't speak highly enough about my interactions with the office staff, Kevin and his employees.

Drain Designs was excellent! After several days of non-stop rain, we had a little water get into our basement. We called Drain Designs, and Kevin was able to meet with us quickly. He had a great understanding of what we needed, and his crew was able to start work almost right away. The guys that did the work for us were professional, and they did everything that they said they would do. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with at Drain Designs.

Very good work. Anything that needed to be dug up, was replaced very well so the sight of the work did not look at all disturbed.

The owner Kevin came out himself and gave us a wonderful education! We found out that we have mold under the house from all the moisture, our foundation is already cracking from all the water and all the wonderful drains that the builder put in were already clogged up. It is very disheartening to find out that the builders put so little care into drainage when you spend so much money on a house. It was very eye opening to find out that there were so many problems because of the poor drains and that's also why we have so many bugs and critters around the foundation. Remove the water and you will remove the problems. I will definitely be having Drain Designs fix the problems my builder didn't care enough to prevent.

Very competent, responsive and nice staff and owners. We would certainly recommend them to anyone. They did a great job and used high quality piping and fittings. Our crawlspace problems are corrected. They also gave us good advise on other water management projects that would improve water flow around our house. Very knowledgeable.

Not only did Drain Designs finish our work on time they moved the work up a week and finished early. We were out of town during most of the work to return home and find the work completed and that the yard showed very little evidence that they had put in the new drains.

In each instance Kevin and his crew wereon time and the work was completed on time and at the agreed upon cost. The completed solutions to our drainage problems continue to work as promised. We highly recommend Drainage Designs.

Took the exact amount of time they said, and even improved on a design once they got into it without $ adding up!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of everyone who worked at my house. One gentleman would come by my house just to check, and tweaked the solution to make it better. When the pump gave out, I contacted the company and a new pump was installed within days. An electrician was hired to complete the electrical work. Things did not go smoothly, but Kevin, the owner, was right there for me. We discussed options at every bend in the road, chose the best of them, and worked with others to get the job done.

The job went faster than expected, everyone on the team was very professional and intent on installing the drain system well. The system is working -- our water problems are gone! It's a huge relief.

The Drain Design crew arrived on the date exactly as promised. The crew foreman was exceptional, explaining all work and doing whatever necessary to achieve my complete satisfaction. Job completed on schedule and is completely effective.

Kevin is a professional and his team is as well. I ended up with front and rear drains from all leaders (downspouts), HVAC drains and driveway drain box completely re-done. It's working better than it ever has. If you have a damp musty crawl space, mossy yard or any water related issues - listen to Kevin! He knows the business and he knows how to fix it.

We were pleased with Kevin, the principal owner, and his office manager during the planning and scheduling phase of the project. When their crew arrived on site, they were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. We appreciated their return trip to rework one of the drains to work with the gutter installation. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.
