They had the parts in stock so I waited a total of 30 minutes on a comfortable couch reading an issue of Elle they had there and sipped a bottle of water they have for customers. Bobby the owner did an amazing job and I would not go ANYWHERE else!

 + -1 moreNow that they have my phone working I need to place a few calls to my service provider. I plan to go back to have them help configure my phone once I make the desired changes.
Description of Work: I have been in twice for cell phone problems and on both occasions they could help me with simple, honest answers that I could not find with the phone service. Both services were for troubleshooting, and their solutions were just what I needed to regain service on my phone. Their advice is often given free of charge, but it's invaluable. They have my phone working again with a simple diagnosis that, in the process of changing phone service providers, no one at either company could help me with, even after repeated calls and visits to their service centers.
