Description of Work: Shanna staged part of our townhome and took amazing pictures of everything. We had renters there and had to work around someone else's furniture, etc. She really brought out the best features in our property as she added color, cleared off the kitchen counter-top space and refrigerator for her pictures, and even hung a beautiful picture she had brought for the living room . Shanna staged our back deck, which really was our best feature in the townhouse but had not been accented before as the renters just had plastic chairs there. She brought in a new table, chairs, garden center, and then added color with bright orange pillows. It was completely transformed.

Description of Work: I hired Shanna from Designed to SOLD to renovate our townhouse in Cary, so that it looks fresh and attractive to put on the market. She was very easy to work with through the entire process, took care of absolutely everything and made the renovation completely painless on us. Our budget was pretty tight for the magnitude of the job (repaint entire townhouse, replace the majority of the flooring, replace appliances, and fix/update dozens of things). Shanna stuck to our budget and delivered amazing bang for the buck.
