Description of Work: We had the same problem with Time Warner internet service that other reviewers have had. Service from the modem did not reach all of our house; the modem continually needed to be restarted; just generally lousy internet service for the price paid and speed promised. Nick installed additional hardware, which extended the range and boosted the signal and all of our problems are solved!

Description of Work: Date above is approximate. Mr. Covey was here in late summer - early fall of 2014 to streamline and upgrade wireless network that has an iMac and a PC. Knows little about iMacs Added ip addresses and a new tp-link, but now PC can no longer network with the wireless printer and iMac can't connect with the new ip addresses. Some improvement to PC connection. | | |Also lives about two miles away and still charged a transport fee for service.

Description of Work: I am the one that made an appointment with Nick and cancelled it the next day. (Big Mistake) I kept trying to repair my computer myself. A week later I took my computer to his house. I left it and he did some work there and 2 days later came to my house to finish more work. I will call him again with a computer problem.
