He was great on communication (via e-mail) and was on time for our inspection. I have a house full of young children so right off he asked where would be the best place to start and accommodated our lunch, nap times and other child issues as they came up. He pointed out a lot of things we hadn't thought of as well as things we had that needed attention before we put our house on the market. Britt hasn't been in the business that long, but he impressed me by his thoroughness and attention to detail, as well as how quick he was to admit not knowing the answer to something and spending time at finding out the answers.
Description of Work: Britt did a pre inspection on our home before we sold it.
