I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. They had the product specs I wanted at an affordable price, and they were professionally installed. Their Installation Team arrived on time, methodically worked window by window, and then did a quality walkthrough with me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. This is true craftsmanship.

We are very pleased with our new windows. Bob was honest about everything, unlike some of the others we interviewed. And the price was very good. The windows arrived earlier than we expected and the installation went very well. If we need more windows, we know where to go!

We were initially contacted by Bob Maceda, the owner of the company. We were impressed by Bob's knowledge and expertise of the product. Our meeting with him was cordial, ow key and factual, not "hard sell" or pushy. The time between our initial meeting, the return visit to measure our windows, and the installation was reasonable. The installers were prompt, polite, efficient, and tidy. Bob dropped by our home during the installation to see how everything was going and if we had any questions. We had 21 windows replaced.

The entire process was flawless Bob and his crew did an amazing job.

It took several months to get the parts because of supply shortages, but the window is now fixed. Bob only charged me the labor charge of $200.

Update: Bob called and ordered the replacement part. He said that the part should be here in February sometime. I would have to pay for the labor. I will provide another update once fixed.

Everything was smooth and painless. Also, they installed windows at my parents house and everything went smoothly there, too.

Bob is incredible. His team did an exceptional job. About a month after the install I needed a window adjusted and he came out to adjust without any disagreement. I have recommended this company to EVERYONE I know.

Installers were professional and efficient. The head contractor, Trey, was very patient as well, stopping his work to teach me how to work the windows and answer other questions. Windows are very well made and so far we are thrilled with them. Great price, too.

We had a good experience from start to finish. The company explained the product and stated that we should expect a professional job and attitude; they delivered. Bob the owner met with us and came on site when the work was being done. He also understood that we had experienced a terrible job from another contractor unrelated to this task. My search started due to three of our larger wood windows in the house having serious damage to them. I did a fair amount of research on installers and received one quote from another company. I found Clear Choice here on Angie's List and decided to see how they compared in the windows they installed as well as pricing. From what I found out in further online reading, Clear Choice used a better window and they had better pricing to match - roughly $500/window installed. YMMV based on the size of your windows and options you choose. Bob told me that it would take two days to replace all of the windows in the house where they could do about 12 max per day. I told him to do the 3 failed plus 5 others right next to it as a 'trial'. If all went well, I'd be interested in doing all the rest. The first 8 were indeed done well with the only problem being some flaws between the two glass panes from the manufacturer. Clear Choice just ordered replacement sashes and made it right. So I committed to having all of the other windows done as well. Same two brothers worked both jobs. They knew what they were doing and did great work on it all. All acted very professional in their communications with me and I hope that I was a pleasurable client for them to work for. Bob called me in response to my request for quote to explain that we needed to find a glass company as most window companies would not want or be able to help. He gave me a referral with name and number to help me get what I was looking. He went out of his way to help me knowing that there was nothing in it for him this time. I can only imagine how good the service will be when we upgrade the windows in the house from single to double hung! I will be calling back for sure.

Quote was in line with local remodeling company (small business) and large national company, but we felt the best with the knowledge, lack of pressure, and timeline of Clear Choice. We love the windows and are excited to get another round done in the future!

Bob came out and gave us a competitive quote to replace 13 windows. After going over the 5 different quotes we picked him for his professionalism, product and price. The 2 installers showed up in the morning and got right to it. They were very professional and did a great job removing our old windows and then installing the new ones and doing the finish work. The windows look great and work as promised. Our house is a little quieter and our a/c doesn't work as hard. Bob was fantastic from the first meeting to the final inspection. He would answer any and all of my questions and was always available. I believe it was Tray, his main guy, who was at my house on one of the hottest days of the summer and worked all by himself taking out and installing my many windows. Tray was very informative about the window unit themselves and took great care in cleaning up after the installation was finished. My Wife and I are thrilled with the windows and service we received from Clear Choice Exteriors. From beginning to end, we were impressed by the professionalism and quality of our interactions with their entire team. We needed 6 standard and 2 casement windows replaced. Bob Maceda from Clear Choice showed up as the last of four businesses that we got quotes from. Needless to say, we had our fill of window cut-outs and heat lamp demonstrations. We live in an older house and lead paint is always an issue. The other businesses mentioned lead paint remediation eventually, and one even remarked that they could skip it as long as we didn't mind (i.e. didn't report them). Bob brought lead remediation up immediately after he shook my hand, impressed upon me the seriousness of the issue, especially with a child in the house, and informed me of the practices the company takes to safeguard customers and employees and abide by the law. This degree of integrity and professionalism was refreshing. Bob also sensed that we had already seen 5 prototype windows get hot from shining a lamp on them and remarked that we could skip it if we wanted (we agreed!). We received quotes that ranged from $3500 to $7000 and Clear Choice landed right in the middle. Every salesman we met with had some experience related to construction or window sales; Bob's lifetime of experience with windows and construction gave me much more confidence in his technical assessment of our needs. With Bob, we did not feel pressured to over-purchase or commit before we were ready. A 2-man team showed up days later, took measurements quickly and then they were back with the windows on time. All of the windows were installed quickly and without trouble. I was further impressed by the speed and and effectiveness of the Clear Choice team. Most importantly, the windows from Clear Choice (Silver Plus double pane) have been wonderful. The install took place in June 2018. It's been about 3 months, and we have noticed noise reduction, better cooling, and brighter light inside. We are also thrilled with the mechanical aspects of the windows; they have allowed us to ventilate our house when we couldn't before. With two cats and a toddler, we very much benefit from being able to open the units from the top. We thoroughly recommend Clear Choice and plan to use them again in the future if we need any of their services.

Wow, Mr. Maceda was incredibly thorough! Before arriving for our scheduled appointment, Mr. Maceda called to give me a heads up that he would be arriving in 10 minutes. He thoroughly measured and inspected each window to be replaced, then sat down to discuss options and pricing before handing me the written quote, which seemed very fair and honest, when compared to the research my husband and I had done already. Since we had been having an unusually rainy summer, Mr. Maceda warned that installation could be delayed if the weather continued to be uncooperative, but the windows arrived and the installation took place three weeks earlier than the "bad weather" date he had warned of in advance. The man who performed the installation was thorough and neat, making sure not to leave a mess or track in any dirt. He patiently explained how the windows operated and how to release the tilting feature for cleaning. It was apparent that the installer was highly skilled and was a trusted employee of many years. If you want a window installer to be thorough in giving a competitive quote for a quality product and installation, you should definitely contact Bob Maceda.

Great presentation great installation. The whole whole process could not have been easier or smoother. Bob came to my house and showed me all the features of thier windows and explained the whole process, he even had a sample window. I got the estimate right then and there and only had to wait a couple weeks to schedule the work. Trace and his team showed on time and finished 7 windows and cleaned up in half a day. I'm really happy with the windows and how easy the whole thing was. I will definitely recommend Clear Choice to my friends. Don't waste money on overpriced windows that rely on brand name over quality.

I must say I was very impressed from initial call to completion of work. Worked with Bob, who came over in a day for an initial quote. Was very thorough in explaining the process, time frame, as well as price, which was very good compared to others that had provided me quotes. Bob was very responsive through the entire process and very friendly. He cared to get to know you as a person rather than just another job. I was putting my house on the market and needed to get installation done as soon as possible. Bob did everything in his power to get the windows ordered and installed very quickly...he even was able to get everything completed much faster than he quoted in order to help ease my stress. Lee did the installation and is not only a fantastic worker, but very polite and did a fantastic job, not to mention friendly and professional. Unfortunately I am leaving the area and may not get the opportunity to work with clear choice windows again, but if you use any company other than Clear Choice, you are making a huge mistake.
