Wow! Jason & Susan are such a delight to work with! Susan was able to get Jason scheduled out for a quote so quickly! Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable. Installation was a breeze and was SO QUICK! I was surprised how quickly they were to get the job done! The work is outstanding and a huge improvement to our building! We are so pleased!!

Very responsive on communication. Installation was done over 2 days due to number of windows. Everything looks great and product performs as promised. Jason did a great job recommending which shutter to use etc... Delivery lead times were accurate so that helped with planning.

Jason and Susan are a fabulous team. Susan handles the scheduling, Jason came to the house to take measurements and install. He brought several samples and I was able to choose my product easily. I picked a slightly different trim color and they matched my shutters to it exactly! When the product arrived Jason worked around my move in date and came right out to install my blinds and shutters before I officially moved in. I had him order additional blinds and change out a set in my son's room and he did that fabulously as well. Any time I need blinds or shutters I will make sure to call Jason. I can't say enough about the quality of service and the product. Jason's a funny guy too and a pleasure to chat with when he's installing!

Classic shutters and blinds provided the best overall value in terms of quality/price/selection of any of the providers we received quotes from. Shutters were built in a timely fashion, and installers arrived on time on the scheduled install day. Installers were neat and organized, and were very careful about not damaging hardwood, walls, etc. The shutters are very high quality, and the fit and finish is excellent. There was one pair of shutters that was built incorrectly by the factory. Classic Shutters worked hard to ensure that the factory produced a replacement in a timely fashion, and scheduled install as soon as it was available from the factory. They handled that issue very well, communicated well throughout the process, and did their best to get the replacement in as quickly as possible. They were also very accommodating in adding some additional shutters after the initial install.
