My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. I called the office at 9:05 to verify someone was coming. I was told they only call if they are running 15 minutes behind. Austin arrived at 9:10. We reviewed the work to be done. Austin calculated our estimate and we agreed. My husband and I sat on the deck while Austin cleaned. We inspected at completion and were highly satisfied. Austin was polite, friendly, and professional. I will definitely use Chem Dry of Cary for future carpet and upholstery cleaning. I would suggest they verify appointments by email or texts the day before as well as call to say they are on their way.

Rugs and carpet's appearance much improved. Two men quickly vacuumed and cleaned, using their proprietary cleaning agent. The rugs were slightly damp when finished, as expected, and they dried within 3 hours. We asked that an additional area rug and 2 small 'throw' rugs be cleaned and they agreed to provide this extra service on the same day. The men arrived about 25 minutes late as they had been in Durham and did not call to let us know of the delay. We moved most of the furniture before they came and they moved other small pieces. They did not offer to move the dining room table and it was not moved. I had not watched what they were doing and did not note that the table was left in place. I would use them again but with close observation or specific request to move certain furniture.

ChemDry did an amazing job! I will definitely use them again! I want to have my couches cleaned and am waiting for a good coupon to come up! :)

I'm happy with the result. Carpets are clean . I've used Chem-Dry in the past but didn't have the protectorant in the cleaning solution. I just think the price was too high for the length of time the service took. I understand that costs are based on measurements which can be a little tricky when doing traffic areas. I'll be doing more shopping around the next time I want my carpets cleaned.

Getting a quote was not such a good experience. I tried to book online, entering all the square footage, # of steps, etc., expecting to get an online quote and book my day and time, but that didn't happen. I wanted a Saturday, and although their website stated Saturday hours were available, I couldn't choose any Saturday on the calendar - they were all grayed out. So I had to wait for a callback. When the owner/manager called back, he was very fast talking and kept interrupting me, saying he could save me lots of money just by doing the walk areas, etc. I said I wanted all the carpet cleaned, not just the areas that were exposed. It was hard to get a word in edgewise. I was busy at work when he called, and just wanted a price for the square footage I'd input and a Saturday date and time. A 5-minute call turned into much longer. He needs to listen more and be less talkative, and stop asking questions and explaining details that are not in line with the customer's needs. I'd already read about the cleaning process on their website, so I didn't need the sales pitch! The appt was set for two weeks later; I called 2 days prior to confirm the arrival time. I got the same talkative guy who sounded like he was in the middle of 14 things, and he finally found me on the calendar so we were good to go. On the day of cleaning, the guys arrived early and got right to work. I had moved most of the furniture and they were kind enough to help move a few larger things. They answered my questions cheerfully. When I pointed out the "goop" still on the baseboards afterward, they apologized for overlooking that detail and cheerfully wiped them down. They did a great job on my 10-year-old carpet. I would have given them an A if the phone contact and online scheduling had been better. I would use this company again, and recommend them to my friends.

They went out of their way. Where they plugged their machine is was fine but because my house is older and not up to code, it flipped the fuse and their tech guys couldn't figure out what happened. The owner of the franchise came back out to my house that afternoon and he did everything he could to identify it. All three bathrooms went without electricity and it was not evident. He was there for about half an hour trying to figure it out, which was not his problem. The carpet cleaning was good. They did what they said they were going to do. The carpets look really good. They were neat, clean and on time. They charged $154.24 for my townhome and I had a coupon for 15 percent off.

I've been satisfied with them. I just used them recently and I'm very happy with them. They give you an accurate estimate. They come on time and they are efficient. I think it was June they came out to do the cleaning. I was looking for somebody and they had some positive recommendations in the area. I just thought their technician was pleasant, professional and efficient. I thought they gave me an accurate estimate by phone and when they came out they gave me an estimate right there too. They give you an opportunity to say yes or no. They were very quick. They moved furniture and they put it back. I just liked the way they handled it and overall it was a very pleasant experience. They are probably not the cheapest but they do good work.

Appointment available in the same week of request. Josh and assistant were prompt, polite and efficient. Measurements taken and price quoted before work started. They charge $.33/sq ft and will just clean the traffic area of a room if you want. No extra for Berber. Extra fee only if you want them to move anything. (And they do not move anything, so take the floor lamp and small stuff out of the room before they get there.) The vacuuming job covered all the area to be cleaned including next to baseboards. The whole job was finished in 45 min! It was mostly dry in two hours. The carpet looks great! Really clean. It still shows some of the 17 years of wear, but the dirt is out and the nap is up. The product they use supposedly does not leave residue, which I like because it should stay clean longer. The odor was pleasant, mild, and disipated quickly. They even left me a can of their "world famous" spot remover.

I had high hopes with this carpet cleaning company. They cleaned two full rooms of carpet in my home. For weeks after they left, I found loads of carpet "fuzzies" all over the place. Their equipment is like a giant round scrub brush that cleans your carpet. I believe, along with cleaning my carpet, that it pulled off a lot of the actual carpet fibers, hence the fuzzies. It was such a nightmare that I would never use this company again. Worth mentioning; they did manage to get a red Children's Tylenol stain out of my carpet and didn't charge me extra.

The crew arrived on time, did the cleaning, and left after cleaning up. The carpets dried quickly and there was a nice clean smell. I liked that there was not a "fake" air freshner scent left behind. This type of cleaning is good for people with allergies/asthma and that's why I chose them. The charge is based on actual size of your rooms/furniture.

MY DOG HAD THROWN UP MANY DIFFERENT TIMES, LEAVING LOTS OF STAINS. THEY CAME IN AND CLEANED, DEODORIZED, AND SANITIZED THE CARPET, LEAVING NO STAINS OR ODOR BEHIND.
