Description of Work: I had 22 year old Mixet tub/shower controls in both bathrooms. One was broken completely and the other could have broken at any time. I could not find parts and was not able to repair my self. James and staff were very helpful in identifying the type of controls, finding the parts, and doing the replacement for both showers. Total time was about 2 hours and I am very pleased to have two working showers again. Many thanks!

Description of Work: Had a repair needed to my toilet and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone diagnosed the problem and said, hey you could save yourself some money by make this slight repair...but if that doesnt help please call us back and we'd be happy to assist you. The minor repair (tightened the chain connecting to the flap in the tank) did the trick and as a result the toilet was fixed. I appreciated his help without chasing the money...I will call Cary plumbing first when I need plumbing repairs.
