Description of Work: Had a repair needed to my toilet and the gentleman I spoke with over the phone diagnosed the problem and said, hey you could save yourself some money by make this slight repair...but if that doesnt help please call us back and we'd be happy to assist you. The minor repair (tightened the chain connecting to the flap in the tank) did the trick and as a result the toilet was fixed. I appreciated his help without chasing the money...I will call Cary plumbing first when I need plumbing repairs.

Description of Work: Staff came out to replace a broken joint in some pb pipe, on a late Sunday afternoon, no less. Came out quickly, fixed the issue in just moments, and charged me a great rate for emergency Sunday repair. When I go ahead and replace *all* the pb pipe, I'll definitely be calling Cary Plumbing.
