I had been referred to them in an emergency situation. They were knowledgeable. They took care of it all. I found them through other people in the neighbor. They know what they are doing and I would recommend them.

I asked that they call me ahead of time to give me enough time to get home from work and they did. Joe was very professional and it took no time at all to replace 3 flappers and a broken toilet handle.

We have used Cary plumbing several times over the past 8 years. They have always been dependable, knowledgeable, professional, and do the job correctly.

During the replacement of my 15 year old washer?s supply hoses I discovered a leak on the vales. Cary Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing them. Communication was the best. I was impressed with the way I was treated, like a valued customer, not just a money bag.

Called Cary Plumbing in the morning before 9am. They went to my home, identified that my warm water heater needed to be replaced and replaced it that night by 6pm. This happened during inclement weather as well. They were responsive, fair and forthcoming with our options. Great job and overall experience in what could have been a real bad situation.

The crew showed up exactly on time. The job was quoted as 2-days for the re-plumb and it took 2-days. The inspection happened on day 3 and the walls were repaired and painted (part-time) over the next 2 days. Overall from start to finish, it took 5 days. Which was the schedule quoted to us. Initially, we were concerned about the mess associated with gaining access to the pipes - and potential repairs to walls and ceilings. However, the crew worked wonders and only had to cut two small holes in our ceilings. Frank was the lead of the crew and he and they did an INCREDIBLE job. They were neat, clean, professional and considerate. They kept us in the loop as they made decisions on how to attack the re-plumb and the impact to our home. Best of all, they staid completely on schedule. You could tell they had done this sort of job many times before. And that they were GOOD at it. I would highly recommend Cary Plumbing for general plumbing and for jobs such as this. I've used them many times and they've always delivered great service.

It went excellent. I called them one morning, and within 3 hours we had a new one installed. It was quick, easy, and we continue to use them.

Cary Plumbing performed all work as promised at the time promised. Responded within 4 hours to emergency call on a Friday. Final price for work was quite reasonable.

Overall, it went very well. The technician was very friendly and used foot protectors when entering the house. My two primary disappointments were: The technician wore gloves, but after working on the toilet and getting them dirty he did not remove them. As he left he touched doorknobs, pens, etc. on the way out with those dirty gloves. I was given an estimate over the phone, but when given the bill there was an additional "contract" charge. When I asked what that was for the technician stated it was to cover the gas spent to come to my home. This surprised me that they wouldn't cover that type of charge in their base fee. It also would have been good to know when I was given the original estimate that this type of fee would be included. I didn't change my rating due this issues, but I was certainly disappointed by them.

When I discovered I had no hot water, I went out to where the water heater system and discovered water all over the floor. Since the weather temp was supposed to drop that night, I went into panic mode. I called a highly advertised plumbing company but only got a recording that said I needed to go to their web site to put in an emergency order. I did so, but decided to give another company a call to see if I could get an immediate response. I googled emergency plumbers, and at the top of the list was Cary Plumbing. I immediately connected with a real human being. I told him the problem and he said he would have someone out between 12 and 2. It was 9:30am when I made the call. At 11am, a gentleman was at my door from Cary Plumbing wanting to take a look at what I needed. Shortly before this gentleman arrived, I did get a call from the first company that I called, but I told them I had it handled. At 12 noon, I got a call with an estimate of the cost. Since I was not in any position to question the cost and get other estimates, I agreed. At 2:30pm, 2 plumbers showed up with the new system. At 5 pm, I had hot water and heat. I don't know if the cost was high, low, or otherwise, but I felt that it was fair under the circumstances. The problem was fixed, they cleaned up all of their equipment, removed the old water heater and I was happy. They were professional, got the job done as quickly as possible and I had heat and hot water before the temperature outside began to drop. I will definitely have Cary Plumbing do future work for me

They were excellent. They were very good. They were knowledgeable and competent. They were very pleasant to work with.

Brad and his crew did an excellent job. Cannot say enough about him. He even came back to correct the problem with the extension gas line which was damaged by another company when they installed the gas insert. He is very responsible. We will definitely contact Cary Plumbing again for any of our plumbing need.

We have been using them for a number of years. However, the last time they took too long to get things done and ended up charging for unnecessary labor. I would tell a friend that they just seem slower now and costly.

They were really efficient, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. I was really pleased with their services.

First they sent Mike to give us an estimate. Very friendly, prompt, professional and knowledgeable about how the work would be performed. The estimate was emailed to us and they replied quickly to any questions and changes we wanted to make to the estimate. We did have to wait about 2 months for the date of actual service and during that time we did have another pipe to break and they sent someone out the next day to repair that section at no additional cost. When our service date arrived, Frank and his crew came in and went right to work laying protection down on our floors, hanging plastic to keep down dust etc. Great crew, polite and friendly. Very experienced in their field. Before they left the first day they had one complete bathroom and kitchen completed for us to use that evening. Came back right on time the next day and completed entire house in 2 days. The next day they sent representative to meet with the inspector. Day 4 the drywall and ceilings were repaired by someone that has worked with their company for many years. He did a fantastic job. We still have sprayed ceilings (home is 25 yrs old) and it looks remarkable. We were so glad they were able to include the dry wall into the estimate because that was one less person we had to worry about. We wouldn't have known where to start. We had two other estimates and had to go with Cary Plumbing because they were a turn key operation. If you are having a complete repiping you may have to wait awhile, but you will be so glad . That's what this crew does everyday and it will be done right.

I had a leak in my main water line over the Christmas holidays. They came in and replaced the line with a temporary line the days before Christmas. They told me they couldn't get it buried until after the holidays but that the weather looked good for leaving it exposed. As soon as the forecast turned they were there burying my line. I didn't have to call, they just showed up and did it. Awesome service both from in office and craftsman. They showed up on time all three times they said they would be there.

They came, took a look and they did it a couple of times but the problem persists. The first time they came and look at it, they didn't do anything and it was $100. The second time around, they came and cut the drywall behind the shower and they put some caulking but the problem was not resolved completely. They don't have good diagnostic skills. I maybe not using them again.

Excellent job from start to finish! Paul called before he came. He explained each repair and also how to monitor things in the future. I'd definitely use them again!

Very good. I have always had a great expierence when dealing with these guys. They always clean up after themselves. They are punctual and on time. They are up front and honest with me. They tell me the price for the work before it is started.

I believe I found them in Angie’s List. They were very good. John came out and tried to fix the blocked drains in the two bathrooms and was not able to at that point in time. We tried a bunch of different things. The plan was for him to come back the next day with different tools and different machines to try to do a little bit more of a deeper job or more challenging job and he ended up just being able to come back and kind of repeat the same process that he had done the day before. I did not know what he did differently, but it worked and ever since then we have not had a problem.

In June our water heater suddenly stopped providing hot water. A neighbor came over to help, and while we did get the burner to relight, it would not stay lit. He diagnosed the problem but said our heater needed a unique part that could not be easily obtained locally and since we were inexperienced with water heaters, we decided to call a plumber to confirm the diagnosis and correct the problem. The first plumber came to the same conclusion, but due to a personal injury, was not able to come back and fix the issue. We then called Cary Plumbing. Unfortunately, they gave us a totally different diagnosis. The plumber they sent told us that there were cracks in our tank, despite the lack of any signs of leaking, and that he could hear them expanding and contracting. The upshot is that we needed an entirely new water heater at a cost of $1,479 installed! Naturally, we felt compelled to get a second opinion. The third plumber confirmed the original diagnosis of only needing a part replaced, obtained it from a supply house and replaced it for us within a few days. It is now November and the water heater works just fine. So, much for the cracked tank theory! Seems this is something an experienced plumber should have readily known (even our neighbor knew this) and that this was a blatant attempt to sell us a rather expensive and totally unnecessary product!

They were terrific. Definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

We have gotten a couple of quotes and we didn't take the lowest quote, and we didn't take the highest quote and we decided to go with Cary Plumbing. They did a good job. They cleaned up their mess, which is not always the case with construction people. They did it in the least inconvenient way for us. They did a good job.
