Description of Work: Cary plumbing installed a toilet in the downstairs bath. They were prompt, did excellent work and arrived when they said they would. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: The initial phone response from Cary Plumbing was very quick and scheduled right away. However, then they were ~ 2 hrs late showing up. They did apologize for that and the work was quickly and professionally completed. The pricing was about what I expected, but they have a min of $99 for service for the first hour and the whole job only took 20 mins and the replacement part was 2X what it would cost in the store.

Description of Work: Installed a tankless water heater to replace a busted hot water tank. Came to do the work one day later than initially agreed, but the guys who performed the job were polite and knowledgeable. Had to wait about an extra month for the electrical work to be performed (done by a subcontractor, not directly by Cary Plumbing). Overall, good work, the only minus being the extra day we had to wait for the work.

Description of Work: They responded to my need to have new faucets installed and did quality work. This was my first use of them and will call them again if I have other plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I have used Cary Plumbing many times over the last 20 years and have always been satisfied. They have done both large and small jobs from leaking sink drain to hot water heater replacement.

Description of Work: Our original water line ~ 200 feet from house to meter was leaking in several places. Cary Plumbing installed a new water line and a new shut off valve in our house. We were very pleased with their service. We had a water leak problem related to this installation 7 months later. Cary plumbing responded within 24 hours and did the repair without charge. We highly recommend their service and concern for customer assistance and satisfaction.

Description of Work: Cary Plumbing replaced our water heater and disposed of the old one. This was our first use of Angie's list and we were really pleased with the experience. In the past we have asked neighbors for recommendations or used the yellow pages. With this approach it is no longer a hit or miss activity. We called several of those with A ratings and compared work details, price, and availability. We felt like we were more responsible in locating a competent service provider and had several to choose from. The last time we had a water heater replaced was 15 years or more ago so the increase from $500.00 to $1200.00 was a bit of a shocker but their prices were competitive.

Description of Work: 1) Old disposal in kitchen sink was removed and a new one installed. 2) Incoming dish washer water line was replaced with a stainless steel line. He did a very thorough job in a partially difficult to access area.

Description of Work: We had a number of faucetts that needed replacing. One in kitchen and in two baths. I talked with a representative of Cary Plumbing, on April 2, agreeing on a Tuesday, April 3 date, but indicating that either my wife and I were home most of the time, any morning would be OK, the sooner the better. Their plumber, Joe, came at 11am, the agreed upon time, was neat, promptly completed the job, gave us some advice re balky comodes, and left. I was surprised at how quickly he completed the job, and the resulting bill. We were very pleased, and if/when we need plumbing work again, we will certainly use Cary Plumbing, and will probably ask for 'Joe' if we remember.

Description of Work: Disposal blew up and leaked. Cary Plumbing came out when the aid they would. Described what needed to be done and fixed promptly. Very nice job.

Description of Work: Hot water heater was leaking from the top of the tank. Cary Plumbing arrived 30 mins prior to the appointed time, which was just fine by mean. Had call late Thursday afternoon. The leak was repaired by 9:00 the next morning. Very satisfied customer.

Description of Work: I had a leaky faucet, broken sprayer, problems with shower pressure and kitchen sprayers. Joe showed up right on time, was very professional and did an outstanding job!

Description of Work: I had 22 year old Mixet tub/shower controls in both bathrooms. One was broken completely and the other could have broken at any time. I could not find parts and was not able to repair my self. James and staff were very helpful in identifying the type of controls, finding the parts, and doing the replacement for both showers. Total time was about 2 hours and I am very pleased to have two working showers again. Many thanks!
