Description of Work: The plumber installed a garbage disposal that we purchased ourselves. He called before he arrived, wore gloves and shoe covers to keep everything clean, and cleaned up all the old pieces for easy disposal. The work was done in a little under an hour, and because they charge by the hour instead of a flat rate, the cost was less than everyone else we contacted. We've had some less than stellar plumbers in the past, and it was refreshing to work with real professionals this time.

Description of Work: Repiped house to replace polybutylene pipes that split and leak. Very professional and minimal disruption.

Description of Work: We had a leak coming through the ceiling of the laundry room that seemed to be caused by the shower above. Frank looked in the access panel behind the shower and immediately suspected that water was leaking from around the water spout. He verified this and repaired it quickly and efficiently. He resealed the area around the spout, as well as the area around the shower valve/temperature control. No more leaks!

Description of Work: They replaced kitchen faucet, fixed noise in commode and replaced faucet and shower in bathtub. They did a great job.

Description of Work: We found that a pipe was leaking under the house. Cary Plumbing came out quickly and replaced a 1/2 inch "T" that was in bad shape. Everything went well. The plumber was quick and professional in everything he did.

Description of Work: Out hot water heater ruptured on a Sunday and we were able to schedule an appointment that day for an early Monday am inspection and quote. The estimator seemed very knowledgeable and was able to schedule a turnkey replacement (50 gallon gas walkup 3rd floor install) for late that afternoon. Installation was smooth and fast. Installers were courteous and professional. Cary Plumbing had us up and running by 7pm Monday night. Very satisfied and would recommend if in Cary area.

The price was what they quoted to me and they also took the Angie's List $10.00 coupon off price. Service was preformed the day and time scheduled. I was called before they came to let me know they were on their way. Very pleased with service.

Description of Work: Replaced stop valve on dishwasher water supply line, including cutting PEX pipe stub and replacing same. Very courteous young man, who knew what he was doing. Second time I've used Cary Plumbing.

Description of Work: We had a few small jobs and the tech was great. He tightened our kitchen faucet and replaced the inside parts of one in the bathroom. The tech was very professional and showed me everything he was doing, and also gave me some tips since I was watching him work.

Description of Work: Discovered toilet shutoff valve was leaking around the stem. Cary Plumbing told me what the service call would cost, that it included one hour of labor, and the valve would cost approximately $20. They were able to send someone out the next day (I told them it was not an emergency). Cory showed up as promised and had the valve replaced in about 30 minutes. In hindsight I probably should have them replace the other two. They're not leaking but are the same age and type. I've used Cary Plumbing about three years ago to have a gas hot water heater replaced (in December and on a Saturday!). It wasn't cheap but the quality of that installation impressed me that these guys know what they are doing. So when this leak was discovered my first call was to them.

Description of Work: We were having fluid hammering coming from our Rinnai water heater. It was installed with a by-pass solenoid valve which is not done anymore in newer installations. This had given us problems in the past but it was always mis-diagnosed as some other problem. The person from Cary Plumbing Company knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw the unit installation. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes by disconnecting and by-passing the solenoid valve!

Description of Work: They replaced polybutylene pipes with PEX, fixed a leak in a bathroom fixture and redid some pipes in our basement so they were not taking up so much room. They replaced drywall where they had to remove it to get to the plumbing. Overall it went well. We had one incident where the toilet connection came lose and water got all over our kitchen floor but my daughter was home and was able to get the water turned off before it got bad. They came and fixed that at no charge as it may have been something they did to cause it.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the water line between the meter and the house. The techs quickly located the leak and repaired it, being careful to disturb as little landscaping as possible.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. No problems. Second time using them. They are fair with their billing. Had an issue last time where two visits were required and only billed for the second visit because the first one did not fix my problem. Would recommend to anyone. Home or commercial I used them for both.
