Description of Work: We have used them recently to install a water heater, and they also replaced several broken pipes for us. We have contracted with them to replace all the pipes in our house next month. They were easy to work with, professional, and they made it easy for us to understand. By contrast, another provider gave us this huge list and it felt like nothing but an upsell. Cary Plumbing made us feel comfortable that they were looking out for us, and providing the service we need. We always recommend them.

Description of Work: He was courteous, clean, and punctual. However, all he had to do was replace the seal on the drain from the water closet on a toilet, which is a 10 min. job. Nevertheless, it cost $100.

Description of Work: We had to have them come out 3 times to put in a simple water purifier. The first guy took 2 visits to install. He was late both trips. I called to ask him about water pressure and he blew me off. |One day I came home to a leak at the water purifier and had to have someone come out after hours. Bobby fixed the leak and solved the water pressure issue in one trip. If you use Cary Plumbing....always request Bobby.

Description of Work: They came out initially re my garbage disposal. It needed to be replaced. I purchased one, gave them a call when it arrived and set up an appointment. The service man arrived promptly and also replaced a section of pipe that needed replacing.

Description of Work: Cary plumbing was fast to respond. They were can do, can get it done on my time frame kind of company. They were a bit pricey but I needed it done, done right and done when I wanted it done. They were very professional too.

Description of Work: The plumber who came to the house was very, very pleasant and accessed the problem right away. He replaced a part in the toilet and it is now working perfectly.

Description of Work: Had a Cary Plumbing come out to replace a shower valve as well as a couple of angle stops and install a new toilet and shower trim. The process of getting an estimate and scheduling the service was flawless, even after I needed to reschedule the original appointment. (I did email once through Angie's list to no response, but did get great service when calling). The only negatives that I had were: | |1-I thought the price was a bit high (they came in under the estimate which was good, but still thought it was a little high). As anyone knows, you often get what you pay for so I wasn't looking for the cheapest, but thought they could have been a little lower. | |2. They didn't clean up the shavings/powder/dust left from the cutting of the angle stops in the bathrooms. I know this is rather fussy of me, but it would have taken them from very good to excellent. | |All in all, I would recommend them for work and would hire them again.

Description of Work: Replaced two outdoor hose bibbs with frost-free bibbs. Everything went very well, and were very satisfied with the work done.

Description of Work: Re-pipe the whole house. It was amazing they could do the re-pipe in 2 days. I had working kitchen and bath at end of day 1. The drywall guy was great too. Filled the holes on day 3 and painted on day 4.

Description of Work: Replaced an outdoor faucet that had frozen and cracked. Very professional and did work properly except they did not completely tighten an outside fitting. I was excited to show my husband the faucet and when he turned it on it started spewing water all over the place. My husband ended up fixing the issue with a wrench.
