Description of Work: They removed our existing water heating, which was located on the second floor. Then, they installed a Rinnai tankless water heater. They were able to place it in the garage, where they quickly attached it to water and gas lines. An electrician created its own GFI. We were extremely pleased with their suggestions for how to approach the project, specific aspects of the project, and also for its execution. We had a previous recommendation from another well regarded plumber, who came in at a higher price and whose proposed aspects of which (exhaust piping) were somewhat unsightly. The Cary Plumbing gentlemen were quick, clean, friendly and professional. The heater looks as if it were built with the house.

Description of Work: My 10 year old natural gas water heater had started leaking and needed to be replaced. They installed a new 50 gallon tank, got the gas lines connected, etc. and showed me how to flush mineral deposits out of the tank so it would last longer than the last one. Very pleasant and professional.

We chose them because they were kind of in the middle of the road on price, and we did not want to go with the cheapest guy and get poor quality. We were referred to them by some friends and have since recommended them to many people. They even added an outdoor faucet for free, which I thought was very nice of them.
Description of Work: Our home is around 2000 square feet in size, and we had to have all of the plumbing under the crawl space replaced. The glue that the original builder used to hold all the pipes together has not held up in our home. It all had to be replaced due to major leaks from almost every pipe connection.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time we've used Cary Plumbing and both times they have been great. They are very responsive, showing up on time. I had no problem getting in touch with them. I really have nothing but praise for these fine folks. The price seemed fair; they had three men on the job for several hours plus they had to use a backhoe to dig (the pipe was about 4-5 feet underground. We did not get other estimates since our previous experience (for a small - $150 - water hookup job) was so positive.
Description of Work: The house we recently purchased had the water line hooked up to the wrong water meter box. Cary Plumbing dug up the line and rerouted it to the correct meter.

+ -1 morePlumbers pretty much on time and polite, but EXPENSIVE. While cost of old tub/shower removal and replacement was high, it seemed fairly reasonable for the amount of work done. However, I was charged for each of the 4 or 5 visits that did not correct problem. That total figure is the one given above, and does not include tub removal and replacement.
Description of Work: After several visits, finally diagnosed cause of leaking tub.
