The pressure valve replacement project went very well. The person they sent was very professional and showed us how it worked in case we ever needed to make adjustments. The water heater replacement was also good overall, but it would be best to make sure everything discussed when getting the quote is written on the work order. The company was also very responsive about making sure all the projects were completed to our liking. We had a very good experience with them overall.

That was years ago. It cost over $1200, if I recall. I think it was right before I retired in 2007. That was a project. They took the regular water heater out of the attic, which was a bad place for it to be, so he took that out and installed the hot water line in the crawl space. It didn't take up that much space since it's tank less. It's where the water runs through the system and gets heated and go right to the faucet. You don't waste the heating the water over and over again, like you do with a tank. You just heat it one time and use it and no heat. I would give them an A for all categories.

They only came out once in 2016. They were here in early July of the same year. I think it was like $75. This was not the first time I have had them do service for me. I like that they're professional, they do good work, and the prices they charge are reasonable.

Very well. All equipment was installed and they fixed my low water pressure by replacing component where main water line feeds into the house. The plumber was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I am a very picky customer and I have no complaints.

Did not have the right utility boxes to make the install correctly. insalled refirgerator line in the floor instead of in the wall because they did not have a wall box. The water line coming form the floor was at a 45 degree angle becuase they did not install an 90 degree elbow on the pex line, they just bent the tubing which made the line stick through the floor at a terrible angle. They only seemed interested in getting in and out quick. Truck was unorganized and could barely find what they needed for the job. Would absolutely never use again. They were available on short notice for a good reason.

We've used Cary Plumbing a number of times, twice now for garbage disposal replacement over many years. Their price on the garbage disposal was competitive with retail and saved me a trip. They are a little expensive on labor, but they do great work and are very reliable, so I don't mind. While the plumber was here, he even showed me how to request a replacement part for my faucet from Delta and how to install it myself when it came. Very nice and very professional folks.

They were responsive and reasonably priced.

The work took two men most of a day. They worked quickly, tested everything, cleaned-up as they finished. They did 6 sink faucets, 2 bath tub controls, 1 garden tub faucet, 1 master shower control,. Plumber called ahead and suggested I purchase the connecting hoses for each faucet, their on truck parts cost is higher then I would pay at retail. since I needed 14 hoses (hot/cold each) I went to Lowes and saved about $100.

They showed up on time, did excellent work, and were very reasonably priced.

I had 3 occasions to hire Cary Plumbing in the process of rehabbing a 25 y/o home. The plumbers from Cary Plumbing were all extremely courteous, professional, and punctual. Most importantly, the work was done correctly the first time. They even helped salvage a botched repair from another plumbing company (sent by another contractor who had botched a bathroom renovation!). My mom has used Cary Plumbing through the years with various repairs and I understand why. I highly recommend this company!

I liked that they were very efficient, clean, organised. Very good. It was good. I would recommend to them suggesting a larger plumbing pipes versus the plumbing they installed. They installed the standard 3/8 inch into the walls or half inch into the walls but the fittings are smaller size. With the new plumbing fittings, they are brass fittings, so therefore you have a decrease in water flowing. The results of that I wasn't very happy with it, it's efficient but I would recommend it to the customer that since these fitting were smaller we need to go to a larger pipe and I would have paid more money for that to have adequate flow. You know if you flushed the toilet and you had they shower running you see the decrease where you didn't see that before.
