Stacey was wonderful. He was so nice and explained everything to me - their process and why it works, etc. I have a dog that urinates from time to time on my floors so it is hard to clean. I had two other companies out here and did not do as good as a job as Carpet Pro Cleaners! I am very happy with the customer service and my carpet/rugs!!! Great job!

Stacy called me to let me know he would be 30 minutes late. He (from a coupon from Amazon Local) did a great job, especially in a room that tenant had left really dirty. He was able to clean stains from computer and Chihuahua. Carpet is completely clean!!

We had many pet stains and I had another company come out previously with unsuccessful results. Carpet Pro was able to get the majority of pet stains out. I was very happy with the service. I will definitely be using them again.

We couldn't be more pleased. Stacey arrived a few minutes early and after I showed him the rooms with carpet that needed cleaning he went right to work. He was very informative, showed me a few spots that couldn't be removed (primarily due to the age of our carpets and pets) and told me how long to wait before we should put our furniture back.

Everything could not have gone better!! From the initial phone contact and price quote to the completion of service. We have three dogs and had a fair amount of soil on the family room carpet. They cleaned approximately 700 sq ft of carpet for us and did a fantastic job. The carpets came out looking like new and smell so clean. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and used and eco/pet friendly process. I could not ask for a better experience.

Late on a friday, I purchased their deal from Angie's List big deals. The next day, a Saturday, they emailed me to get a phone number so we could arrange a cleaning appointment. Monday, they called, and talked to me at length about the options. I explained about my cat's newfound tendency to pee in places he wasn't supposed to, and they talked to me about some of the options available for cleaning up. They were really helpful by letting me schedule a Saturday appointment, so that I wouldn't need to duck out of work early. On the day of the appointment, they called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and showed up at the agreed upon time. The service tech talked to me again about the problems I was having with my cat, identified the problem areas, and went to work putting down enzyme cleaners in those locations. Once that was done, he proceeded to clean the 4 rooms we'd identified as needing the carpet cleaning the most, and the upstairs hallway. The whole process took maybe about an hour and a half - and that's probably longer than usual because I was having a conversation with the tech, who was very personable. Overall I was very pleased with the level of quality and service provided, and Carpet Pro Cleaners will definitely be my go-to guys for carpet cleaning going forward.

The tech showed up on time and I showed him the rooms that needed to be cleaned. He looked for spots to pre-treat and then began working. It only took about an hour and the tech was very friendly.

I was able to get a coupon for carpet cleaning for 4 rooms. i called them and they were able to schedule a date within a week. On the day of I got a call that they could arrive early if it worked out for me, which was great. They were professional, thorough, and did a great job. Although I had already paid for 4 rooms, they offered a fair price on a 5th room and a staircase when they got there, so I had them do those as well.

Overall, they were a good carpet cleaning company and they did an excellent job.

They did a great job. I had heavily soiled carpets due to my dogs. They were able to get them very clean. There were just a few stains they couldn't get out, but I expected that as my dogs have really taken a toll on my carpets. They were very professional. My appointment had to be moved later in the day because they were having some trouble with their van. But we rescheduled from a 10 am appt to a 1 pm appt and they showed up on time. The rescheduling was not a problem and they kept me advised on expected arrival time. I am very pleased with them and would use them again without hesitation. I like that they use natural cleaners, rather than chemicals. My carpets smell fresh and don't have that really strong aroma that some cleaning solutions emit.
