This realtor represented my builder, was MIA, didn’t help with any of the issues and ignored all emails and requests. I would never work with them on either side buyer or seller ever again. And they don’t recommend Inspecrions or advice properly. They took commission and ran. Awful experience. Do not work with them unless you want to be totally abandoned after contracting. I have worked with many realtors and by far the worst experience.

From the start my gut told me there was something about Keith Bliss that was untrustworthy and way out of whack. A simple background check confirmed my instincts. Two felony charges, one for "Common Law Robbery" and another for "Conspiracy to Commit Robbery", definitely NOT someone to be given access to anyone's home while they aren't there. I'd recommend calling one of the other realtors in the area, perhaps someone without a record for stealing. I honestly don't know how he can still have a license to sell real estate in North Carolina. I understand all it takes us a two week course and a grasp of 4th grade English, but there has to be some sort of standard as far as felons go.

He's very professional and he's found a buyer for my house super fast. He's been working very, very hard with my mortgage company to get everything approved, and I'm very pleased with what he's done. The reason I gave him B for responsive is I'm between states, and sometimes it's hard for him to catch up with me because of the time difference.
