They were dependable and would always call the day before they came to let me know the time. Two women always came and they would have the house cleaned in about an hour. The issue I had is that they were hit or miss. The last service I have had was excellent and far superior to all the others in the past.. they even swept off the front porch!! This is why I am giving them an overall rating of a B instead of a C. I have four dogs however (2 that shed) and there were many times where they would leave and I would still see a great deal of dog hair. They also had a few times broken things and just placed them back hoping I would not notice. I am cancelling their service because I can not count on the cleaning job that I just had to consistently be their service.

The first time they came they forgot to do an entire room. I brought it to the attention of the owner. Two girls came each time and they did a pretty decent job. After a month or so the crew changed and so did the quality of the work. They did the floors last but then walked back in to collect their things leaving sneaker prints on the wet floors. The very last time they came was the worst. There was dried dirt on the kitchen floor, cob webs in easy to reach places, foyer rug not vacuumed, bathroom faucets not cleaned and they squirted the floor polish all over the bedroom wall. I had to repaint as it would not wash off. I sent an email to the owner of the company along with pictures asking for a refund for that days services, or lack of. I never heard back from them. No, I'm sorry we'll make it right, no we'll do better next time, NOTHING.

I called and arranged for them to come at 1pm, three days before christmas (I had company coming and wanted the house to be clean). This was the first time I had used them so it is my understanding that this initial cleaning cost more than subsequent visits will cost. At 2pm I called their office to get a status. At 2:10pm, two ladies showed up with their cleaning supplies and I got a call back from the office to confirm that they were there. The ladies confirmed their instructions and then got right to work. My cat and I retired to the upstairs study while they worked. About 90 minutes later, they were finish. The downstairs looked great! They had cleaned and dusted everything (at least that I could tell) and all the movable things were back where they started. They even cleaned the full inside of the microwave (which really needed it). The stairs and upstairs carpet had been vacuumed as I had requested. I am very satisfied with the work they did. I had also requested an invoice for the work when I made the appointment and they provided me with that, as I requested.

I've used Bizzy Broomz for over four years and have been very satisified with their service. They have always show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, or have called to alert me of a delay. They aren't detail cleaners, but do clean the house to my satisifaction. I've also used their carpet cleaning service which is excellent and very cost effective. I usually have them clean my carpet once per year. I've only had one incident in which a cleaning person used steel wool on my stove top and scratched it badly. The owner came to my house and polished the stove top and offered me a discount to make up for the incident. He tried to purchase a new stove top but it was too old and was no longer available. I was satisfied with the compromise we reached.

We are very pleased with the service and have referred Bizzy Broomz to our friends and even elderly relatives. The employees are prompt, courteous, honest, and thorough. The office staff follows up each service (even after 5 years!) with a phone call to inquire about satisfaction. On the rare occasion that I have mentioned something missed in the cleaning (ie, the top of our highboy dresser not dusted one time), they truly want to send a crew to redo the error - I had to insist it was not a big deal and that I really was satisfied if they made sure they got it next time. The crews we have encountered are bilingual and unfailingly polite. Harold and his managers occasionally perform site visits with their employees to assess the service being provided. Bizzy Broomz provides all equipment and cleaning supplies (but does not use bleach). We have never had an item disappear. We tried several cleaning services before beginning with Bizzy Broomz and are pleased with our final decision.
