This is the third time Bizzy Bee has serviced my home. Every time I have called, I have had someone, either Robert or Travis, out at my house the next day. Both gentlemen are professional and polite, not only respecting our things but our time as well! All three projects were completed quickly and accurately. We have had our main water line replace, House Bibs, and the cold/hot water connection replacement. I always recommend Bizzy Bee to friends and family who are in need of a plumber. If you want the best, call Bizzy Bee!

Our call for service was promptly returned. Quick to get a service call. There was a call also just prior to appointment. Service man was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the cause and the remedy. Options and price were explained. Would certainly recommend to others.

I called Monday morning to ask about Bizzy Bee coming out to replace two outdoor faucets (hose bibs). I had to leave a message, which was returned almost immediately. Robert (the owner) said that he could have someone out that afternoon between 12-2. Ben called at 11:45 and said that he would be here by 12:15, which indeed he was. The weather was awful, raining and storming, and I asked him if he'd rather do the work another day. It didn't matter to me, but he said he'd be OK. He worked diligently for about 3 hours replacing the two hose bibs. After checking them a couple of times to make sure they would not leak, he replaced the pipe insulation and secured it in place. He asked if I'd like to come try them out. We went to both of them and he explained how he installed them and secured them in place with stainless steel screws and masonry screws. (He immediately won my husband's praise and compliments because my husband is an engineer and is all about using the best building products, not cutting corners, and doing it right the first time.) Bizzy Bee has electronic tablet billing with a credit card which is so easy, and they e-mail the receipt back to you (which I got before Ben even got out of the neighborhood!). This is my 2nd call for Bizzy Bee and there will definitely be more, as we are going around the house replacing old, outdated faucets/fixtures as we can. My garage disposal was leaking. Bizzy Bee had installed it a year ago and the issue was a product defect, not anything to do with their installation. The technician did not have the model needed on his truck, but the owner rushed one over to him right away. The installation was done efficiently and the technician was apologetic for the problem happening, even though it was not his fault (nor the fault of Bizzy Bee). When I asked what I owed, I was told nothing since they had done the work within the last year. I appreciated that I did not have to ask for or suggest a discount; they just volunteered it. This is my third time using Bizzy Bee and they have consistently performed high quality work with professional service standards. It is such a relief to have a plumber you can trust.

Technician was very detailed in explaining what the issue was and how it happened. Also gave me multiple options of how to proceed and was helpful in pointing me in what I felt like was a good direction to proceed in.

I was referred to Bizzy Bee by a neighbor. I called and within a day Kevin came over to estimate the cost of repairs and we scheduled a repair date. He completed all repairs within a week of calling, was on time and professional. Thank you Kevin!

I received a phone call from the Town of Cary that we were using excessive water and I should check for a silent leak in the toilets. There turned out to be two leaking toilets. I contacted Bizzy Bee because I had used them before and found them to be very responsive and thorough (I had called on a Saturday and had same day service). Again, their repairman came out the same day, was very professional and clean, and checked for problems elsewhere. I am not sure whether the price is a good one or not. It seems high to me, but I wasn't really in a position to get several estimates.

It went well. They adequately provided the services that we required. Based from the fact that they crawled in my crawlspace which was about 2 feet of space with lots of bugs and stuff, they were great.

Great. We called and they were out within a couple of hours. They fixed the problem and got us up and running again.

It was fine. He came out when he was suppose to. He worked as quickly as he could. So far everything seems to be resolved. The tech was very proactive to schedule the service once the part arrived.

The owner said he did not receive the Angie's list prompt. I did not get a call to schedule this service the next day as I had hoped. I did not follow up with Bizzy Bee Plumbing Inc. and a much worse problem occurred that they would have detected upon their visit. By that evening, my water heater had backed up and was spilling over into the ceiling. When I called the owner said they would not have diagnosed any problem anyway with the $67 flush, which was an odd response to me. He said all his techs were busy and in order to come out he would have to charge me $350. I figured out on my own how to turn off the water and stop the spill. I contacted another Angie's list provider who gave me a good price the next morning to replace and install the water heater. This is unfortunate, because my last call to Bizzy Bee Plumbing went very well and the technician was excellent and reasonable. I was agitated and probably gave the impression of being ready to pay anything. I wasn't.

The technician was SUPER professional and respectful of my home. He gave us great recommendations as well. From intiial contact to completion the service was great. I will recommend to friends and neighbors.

Once our special order fixtures arrived, work began. Over the next three days, they returned to correct what they deemed to be little problems. At the end of the third day the owner ? a licensed plumber - accompanied the tech and acknowledged one valve was improperly installed too deep in the wall. Additional corrective work was completed and the owner reset the off stop contrary to manufacturer?s specs citing aesthetics. He then said we could reschedule the tile company they recommended close the wall and retile. After reading the installation instructions it appeared that the second valve was also improperly installed outside the finished wall template limits. I terminated services with Bizzy Bee; the owner apologized and ?refunded? the cost of their work. I had a new company assess the situation. In addition to improper installation of both valves it was found that one valve had been damaged - the same one on which the owner had the off stop reset - and was told that installations were not up to code. In fact, the damaged valve failed while awaiting arrival of the replacement. The new company had to remove most of the work completed by Bizzy Bee, repair wall structure, reinstall valves/fixtures in both bathrooms within manufacturer?s specs and up to code, close the wall and replace a significant number of tiles. After twelve days we finally have a functioning tub and showers. While I have no problem with a company having to correct minor mistakes. I do have a problem with this total scenario.

Very knowledgeable about the Renai tankless heater. Made some good recommendations, and I will for sure use them in the future. The coupon through Angie's List was a great incentive as well.

Super professional, punctual and knowledgeable BUT they were 60% more than two other highly rated Angieslist providers. On personality, salesmanship etc I would give it to them but the work quoted was identical to the others and their price seemed heavily inflated. I even wrote afterward thanking them for their quick response but inquired as to why there was such a discrepancy and never heard back from anyone. Also, their "quote" fee is 2X the others so maybe they have more margin to lose business. Anyway, outside of pricing no major complaints but I would dual quote any work you want done with them to be safe.

The pilot light in my direct vent water heater was going out all the time. I called Bizzy Bee Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend that used them for service. Robert immediately answer his phone and we scheduled him to come out. After a short while, he diagnosed a failing gas valve. Fortunately, the hardware was within the warranty period, so he called up the manufacturer and convinced them to reimburse me directly so that he could replace the gas valve with one that he had on hand. In addition to the problem with the valve, he discovered that the previous contractor had installed the venting incorrectly. He reinstalled it correctly at no charge. He also discovered that the previous contractor never had the final city inspection performed after replacing my HVAC and water heater, so I'm in the process of working that out now. During the course of this, he kept in constant contact. He even followed-up later that evening with a call to make sure that everything was working well. That's the mark of a trustworthy contractor. To sum it up, I was completely satisfied with Bizzy Bee: - excellent communication and follow-up - pleasant attitude with excellent customer service - great price - trustworthy - went above and beyond by checking and fixing the previous contractor's installation They are now my go-to plumbers.

After noticing toilet problem, called Bizzy Bee because of Angie List recommendation. He came as scheduled. Found and replaced failing part, as well as another part that he identified as potential future problem. Prompt, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Service man was punctual and his work was neatly done.

The technician arrived promptly for the scheduled work. He was efficient, professional and did a great job.

Request for service was promptly and pleasantly handled by the office. Service Tech arrived exactly when scheduled. Tech was friendly and the installion was professional. And at a very reasonable price. I will use this plumber in the future.

All was good, except when the plumber started talking about climate change denial. I don't need politics (and lack of science knowledge) from my plumber, just do your job, and be on your way.
