It was a free estimate. He did not come out. We saw his advertisement. My wife called him up and we have this little place here. We took some pictures of what it looked like before the work. He gave us an estimate. Then we had to work on a schedule to when he could come out. When we would be home and stuff like that. He did not come out and gave us an estimate on the cost.

We could not ask for better service, value or professionalism. Brandon came when he said, did what we asked, charged what he estimated and even put extra mulch on another bed. I have used him for two or three years now. He comes every two weeks. You have to talk to him about his charges. I have learned he is going to give you the highest price priced. You have to talk to him about his prices, and he usually will come down. My husband talked to him once, and that was the last time I will let him talk to him. He quoted him an price, and Bill took it. I didn't let him talk to him anymore. I felt him out and learned him. He is very nice, and good about his work and whatever. His price my feelings are, especially when he trimmed my bushes on the front. It was too much. I felt like it. I talked to him, and he will come down. He doesn't argue or whatever. Bless his heart. I'm not going to argue either. He's learned me, and I have learned him. He will call me usually the day before, saying he is coming the next day. He has never not showed up. He always calls me the day before.

I was on hand to sort out the stuff that I wanted to keep. After spending $265 to remove 10 sq.yd of junk, I still have some left. The place is a mess with debris all over the place. Not part of their job to clean up I presume.

Brandon was extremely professional in the three phases of this project. The estimating process was clearly explained and left little room for confusion. the execution of the job was superb as my natural areas now are pristine and the envy of the neighborhood. The payment phases was as expected with no drama or surprises. He even went out of his way to touch up areas that weren't to be covered. Superb!!!

Brandon was very responsive and prompt in setting time for removal. He arrived early--had everything loaded and gone within 20 minutes. He was very polite and helpful--I will certainly hire him again when needed.

Brandon was at my house for two half-days (about 9 hours total). The first day he had another guy working with him. They did mostly machine work. They did a good job of getting rid of the top layer of soil which had a lot of overgrowth. They dug up a few roots. I had to get another contractor with a stump grinder to come out for the larger stumps. When it was all done the yard was pretty smooth, but there was still a lot of hand work that we had to do to get our yard ready for sod installation. I gave him a low rating for price because he charged me $750 for the debris removal. It was about 1 1/2 trailers of debris. Also, the quote he gave me for sod installation was about $1400 more than two other companies who quoted me. I gave him a B for professionalism because he wouldn't give me a set price for the job. He gave me more of a price range, so that made it difficult to budget for this project. I also feel like he double charged me for some things on the invoice. He charged me for 8 hours of machine time, and then he charged me $200 to remove a few fence posts, but that was part of the machine time. I would have preferred to just have been given a set price for the whole job instead of wait and find out how much we will owe. He was pretty good with communication and overall a pleasant contractor to work with.

Initial response when I inquired about the job was immediate and concise. Brandon was professional and asked specific questions about the type job so that he could quote me an accurate price. He texted me a couple of hours before his arrival to confirm what time he was coming. He and his partner were patiently waiting at the house when I arrived. They were careful to not scratch my floors and asked if I was satisfied with how they did the job. I would definitely hire him again and have asked for a quote for future landscaping.

The charge to haul away yard debris was very steep.
