Excellent. Todd called back the same day and came out the next day. I had a tenant property that had a non-functional smoke alarm and needed someone quick. The job was a quick fix in that, the alarm was, in fact, not hooked up and then he discovered that it also didn't have a backup battery and he provided one for me.

Todd Atkins was very personable, informative, competent, and easy to work with. He was willing to negotiate price downward from his original estimate. We discovered that one component of my vintage surround sound system, the remote, was not working so the setup was not/could not be completed. I was a bit surprised that for the purpose of billing, he "started the clock" the moment he walked in the door to give me a "free" quote on the job, not when I authorized the work to be done and work commenced (1 hour later). I would advise others to be clear with Todd on this issue if the price is based on hours worked. Otherwise, I was satisfied with his work.

Overall, I had a great experience. I made the request on Thursday evening at around 5:00pm and by noon the next day all the work was completed. Our "data closet" is now very organized and every wire is color coded so I can see which wire is feeding which room. In addition, he was able to trouble shoot why the phones were not working and provide a low cost solution using the existing hardware that was in the closet. Lastly, he was able to run telephone and data to each room that was needed... I will be using Atkins again... I actually plan to contact them in the next week or so to install an outdoor security/flood light....

He was prompt and polite. He did good work. I wish he had cleaned up a little better however.

He was fine and he did what we asked. I thought he was a little expensive but I didn’t get many estimate from other parties. He was out quickly and we were happy with how punctual he was. I would consider using him again but I'll look into other companies as well.

He was punctual and gave a fair estimate. I had him run a Cat-5 cable form my bonus room to my television downstairs. WIres were well hidden and everything works fine.Only thing I would've changed was a charge for an estimate (no charge if work performed). I understand the reasoning for it but I always feel pushed to go ahead and do the work to keep from paying for the estimate. On the other hand, i was given a ballpark number over the phone. Still would use them again.

Todd came out within a day of my call. When I bought my house, it had three receivers with a big tangle of cables that weren't properly hooked up and I couldn't get sound to come out from the dozen or so speakers spread out throughout my house. Todd organized the cables and labeled them and got the sound to work. He also hooked up my Dish network receiver to output to my house speaker setup. He was very pleasant to work with and I got the impression that he was working efficiently, not just racking up billing hours. I'd highly recommend him for help with a home theater or sound system.

Provided an estimate and completed all work on the same day I called. Was very pleased with how everything turned out.

Everything went very well. We were very happy with their work. They were prompt, efficient and quick with their service.

I would rate them highly and use them in the future if necessary.

Todd showed up when he said he would and did the work that was requested quickly and with quality.

He did a thorough exploration of what we needed and drew out the plans for us so that we understood the process and what needed to go where. He made one appointment that he called and canceled as soon as he knew he could not do it, but came later today to do the work. He was amazingly helpful, easy to work with, and made sure that we understood everything. He drew a schematic of the wiring and color coded everything so that we understand how to use it. I would recommend him to anyone. He does a lot of wiring for flat screens, etc.
