Apex first contacted us in September 2023; the windows were ready in December, but we waited until after the holidays to have them installed. Then the team installed nearly 50 windows in one day! Very courteous and helpful. Windows look great. I have crown moulding around all my windows and was worried about it getting damaged, but they were very careful and did an excellent job touching up afterwards--I didn't need to do any painting. Installer gave me a walk-through afterwards and showed me how to open/clean the windows. The next day, we had condensation on the outside of some of the windows, which had never happened with the old windows. This is a good sign that the new windows are higher quality and have a tighter seal. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

They were able to build replacements for all of our windows that look great (including a round window). The metal trim around the outside of the windows looks wonderful. We can already tell that the triple paned windows are keeping the heat on the side that we want it on. Their price was below what we saw from other companies and the quality is great.

Worst Contractor EVER!!! We started working with Apex Energy in July 2020 for window replacement. Their offer seemed competitive and the team seemed engaged. Wow was I wrong. We ordered windows in July 2020 and were given an 8-10 week schedule expectation. About 16 weeks later (Nov 2020) our windows finally arrived. The team at Apex Energy barely responded to our calls/emails during this time and did little to keep us informed. Our install started in Nov 2020. It's now August 2021 and they are still not finished. In Nov 2020, Apex Energy (mostly) installed ~2/3 of the windows. They had forgotten to order some of the windows, and mis-sized others, one was broken, etc., so a handful weren't even able to be installed. And I say "mostly" because they didn't put the inside trim on many of the installed windows, didn't caulk, bangled the outside window wraps on a half-dozen or more, etc. A couple times during this 1-2 weeks of installation, they didn't show up - sometimes blaming it on someone being sick, someone hurting their back, etc. Then they said they'd be back next week to finish installing the windows they had "mostly" installed and had ordered the others. Multiple times in Dec 2020 they said they'd come to finish, only to never show up. This continued in Jan and Feb, when they finally re-showed after some of the re-ordered windows arrived that they screwed up the first time. Again, they screwed up sizes, installed incorrectly, etc. They never barely return calls/emails, they promise to show up and never do, etc. They had to re-order two more windows due to mistakes in sizing, and they forgot to order one of the ones that they screwed up the first time. This continues for months, they still aren't done. They still have two windows to install, they haven't finished trim, haven't finished caulking, haven't corrected the wraps, etc. After 15 months of dealing with this sham of a company, we are trying to terminate our contract. Stay away. They will try give you a competitive price, sweet talk you in the beginning, and then completely screw you after.
