ANYTHING PC

I checked in with the in 2 days (when the repair should have been complete) and was told it would be one more day - they were doing some final tests. The next day I learned that they had not put any real time evaluating my laptop and would require a couple more days. I waited, called and was told a couple more days. This has never happened before and I have used them many times. After two more days they said they needed to repair the backlight before trying to determine the other problem. WHAT ??? Okay, let's discuss this - their final analysis was: Need a backlight, probably need a hard drive. I paid the $79 analysis fee and picked up the laptop.

Just a little shop in the shopping plaza down the way from Petsmart. Really personable guy when I walked in. In fact, I didn't even have my computer with me when I talked about the broken laptop screen. I was searching for some information. Real helpful he gave me a ballpark figure and needed to know more specific information about the model to give a full price. I ended up bringing in the PC later. He was very knowledgeable, there was a little bit of a lag time waiting for parts to be ordered and that sort of thing. But I think that's understandable and has to be expected. Not any sort of unreasonable wait at all.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM! THEY WORKED ON MY COMPUTER FOR THREE MONTHS. THEY COMPLETELY ERASED MY HARD DRIVE. THEY TRIED TO RESTORE IT BUT EVERYTHING ON MY COMPUTER ENDED UP BEING CLUTTERS AND JUNK. IT ALSO TOOK THEM TWO WEEKS TO PICK IT UP!
