I judge satisfaction from a job on multiple aspects: quality, communication, timeliness and price. I can safely say that after obtaining multiple different quotes, he was one of the MOST competitive, honest and fair contractors I've met. It is obvious that he is passionate about his craft, and stands behind his work (a reassuring character not found in everyone). In fact, he did most of the work himself and a partner (which I appreciate, as I like knowing the person behind the job). Needless to say, it wasn't a 2 or even 3 day job, but he was constantly attentive to a timeline. I admit that I am very perfectionistic. In an ideal world, I'd do everything to my house myself. However, that isn't realistic and with that said, I TRULY value a contractor who is willing to work with the homeowner to achieve everything hoped for. Jeff was a home run. He worked with me on everything: exact types of soffit vents, shingles, ridge vent, type of underlayment...etc. He made great suggestions as well. I even purchased large mouth outlets that he had no problem installing between the gutters and downspouts (using rivets as requested). He went above and beyond to work with me installing the exact products and layout. He was very communicative when shingles were on backorder. I'll admit, I called him more often. However, he was always quick to respond. One week after job completion, roof and gutters are definitely to my satisfaction. While the after market continuous soffit vents (difficulty to install) are not seamless (as if installed at initial construction), they are installed well and streamlined nicely into the eaves. Overall, All Services Roofing Inc is an excellent company that I highly recommend.

I have known and had Jeff Haley do various jobs on my house, including roof repair, for years. I feel so fortunate to have made contact with an honest contractor who I can trust fully and call at any time. He has helped me in many situations with small repairs and big jobs. You can count on him to be fair and honest which meant a lot to me since I had, in the past, been cheated by a previous contractor. Jeff Haley is dependable and easy to work with, completely trustworthy and honest, and someone I can count on. He is not offended if you address a change that you want made, and he will work hard to do work to your specifications. I would highly recommend him.
