I found 1st Class Cleaning through a referral from a friend. Jenna does a great job. She is professional and willing to consider the individual needs of her clients. She is very accommodating when a cleaning appointment needs to be rescheduled. She is also pet-friendly. The price is in line with other quotes I received for monthly cleaning. I would recommend 1st Class Cleaning to friends and family.

The ladies have been coming every two weeks for several months. They are efficient, friendly and helpful if I need help beyond cleaning since my surgery. I would certainly recommend them.

I have been having Jenna clean our house for several years. She is very professional, arriving when she says she will and getting right to work. She is also very personable, asking if the service provided has been up to expectations. Our bathrooms and kitchen shine whenever she leaves the house! She pays close attention to detail, dusting chandeliers, cleaning out the toaster, microwave and coffee machine, removing items from shelves to dust entire shelf, etc. I trust Jenna and her associate, DJ, in my house when I am not here. I love how clean my house looks and smells after each of her visits.

It went very well. She was right on time. She and her partner did a good job. It wasn't perfect, but they did a good job.

Jenna and April are wonderful to work with. They are always striving to please the customer. They do a thorough job and are reliable and trustworthy. Each time I see them in person, they ask for feedback and if anything additional is needed. They are very personable, yet very professional.
